He was average last year and had some consistency problems. However, I won't say that the off the field stuff had nothing to do with it because it obviously did. Enough comments from Frazier up here about wishing Chris would be a little less outspoken. It's too bad too because Kluwe's sort of internet savy, super liberal persona I think is something a team could market.

I'm probably late to the party, and stating the obvious, but I still think the Rams had the best draft. I'd like to say I'm shickled titless about the Chiefs draft, but I think they fall in the average category.
Ravens and Bears both had better than average drafts, I believe.

Yep, gotta admit, I'm happy as shit with this draft. We may have only put a patch on the safety position, but otherwise I'm very pleased with our 7 picks. Anyone watch much Zac Stacy? I like what I've seen from highlights, small but so is Maurice Drew-Jones. Maybe they can fool people and give Austin and Stacy similar looking numbers!
Happy to get Barrett Jones in the 4th round as well, with Long coming in to play left tackle we move Rodger Saffold over to play right tackle. Have 2 former pro-bowlers on the line, Dahl, I like it. Bradford has really no excuse not to play well this year, AND we have 2 first round picks next year still. Rams got a lot faster and explosive on the offensive side of the ball, shored up the line, and added to an already good defense.
Can't wait to watch what our receivers do this year.

Not that most QB's 40 times matter much, just the awkwardness of the run...

I actually really liked the Boys draft after the first two rounds. The only player I hate is the TE. That was just a stupid pick. It isn't that I hate Fat Fred, I hate where they drafted him. He isn't all that better than Barrett Jones and Jones went in the 4th. If they wanted TE and C, then draft the ND one at 18 and get Fat Fred with the second rounder.
While I joke about the C, S, and CB all being busts, Fat Fred will be an upgrade over whichever position he ends up playing. The CB is supposedly the best nickle CB in the draft and everybody loves the Saftey. Along with Terrance Williams, even though CB and WR weren't need positions, it sets them up to cut expensive mistakes in Scandrick and Austin.
The TE was just a waste of a pick. He can't block, Dallas drafted a TE that can't block last year.
Not coming out of the draft with a DT was a huge mistake. Ratliff won't be on the team in 2014 so they will be looking for a DT in the first two rounds next year. That is why passing on Flyod was so stupid.

Famm you with the Caps avatar creeps me out. But I guess we can have some Baltimore fans for the Caps. I talked some Ravens fan friends off the ledge based on their draft, your D could be better than it was last year potentially. I liked what the Skins did even with limited picks and no 1st rounder. I think where we got our 2 safety picks was very good value. Would have liked to have drafted a upside project guy for RT, but I heard we signed an undrafted guy that might fit the bill. Shanny had to have his late round RB pick I guess.
