The amount of surveillance they say they have is insane. If true, this dude is straight up fucked. According to prosecutors, all started because Lloyd was hanging out in the club with people Hernandez didn't like. What a fucking loser.

Listening to this, I'd be shocked if the other two guys didn't roll on Hernandez. Police have recording of Hernandez with firearm in hand saying "you can't trust anyone anymore" before picking up Lloyd. Either this dude is guilty, or they've got him in custody to get him to talk. Stuff like this is an absolute productivity killer.

Perhaps most importantly, the prosecutor said a shell casing was found in the car rented by Hernandez. It matches the shell casings found at the scene of the shooting.
Sounds pretty cut and dry. Either murder or accessory to murder.

For some reason when I saw his smug face and read the first evidence destroying stories, I expected he pulled the trigger. His lawyer would've convinced him to roll over on his 'boys' by now if it wasn't him, because look how much more he's got going for him thant he other dudes. Knowing nothing about the real facts, I think he did it, just a gut feeling /coolstory

Silly question time. If there is no murder weapon, can he be brought up on 1st degree murder? You can order someone to shoot someone and be charged with the killing? Don't you just say, I didn't tell them shit?

Isn't this where our legal process comes in? You know, like a jury.

Well I'm not saying found guilty or not guilty...Just the charges being brought up. Everything seemed circumstantial...Unless they have the two buds in custody saying he pulled the trigger no?

After all that was read in court, my 1st thought was this dumbass didn't even clean the fuckin car?

Kind of thinking the same thing. Also for motivation maybe the guy was doing some fucked up stuff with his woman's sister or whatever.

Jesus Christ, how fucking stupid do you have to be to throw away so much wealth and fame?

It's not even like he lost his cool and did something in the heat of the moment. It sounds/looks like he planned all this shit. Which actually makes it even more mind boggling, because you'd assume that something preplanned would have avoided such stupid blunders like getting caught on all kinds of surveillance and blatantly destroying evidence.

He didn't get rich because of intelligence. It's like those lottery stories where someone with tons of issues gets money and...they still have issues!
