A non-exclusive deal would be great. I don't see the NFL making an exclusive deal with anyone BUT DirecTV though, Dish Network is too small and any of the big cable carriers would mean no coverage in large parts of the country.Directv has had a lock on Sunday Ticket for a long time. I hope they aren't able to renew it. Consumers should win if it goes on all carriers and the NFL should make more money as well.

I just read Winston's comments about being released. Classy as fuck. I really thought Branden Albert would be the one they let go, but they franchise-tagged him at $10m. Winston was scheduled to make less than half that at $4.9m. Having said all that, they probably made the correct decision considering the upcoming draft.Weird decision, in my opinion. Chiefs releasing Eric Winston.

Offensive line? Fuck it, who needs one of those?
god i hope so, EA havent made a NFL or NHL game for the PC in like 5 years. i dont want a console just so i can play 2 sports games.Doesnt the EA NFL license expire in 2 years? Not totally sure but I would love to see some new iterations of an NFL game for fucks sake.
A refined 2k sports offering or a new tecmo bowl would be awesome.
I think you are putting the cart before the horse there. Wallace was an unbelievable, at times indefensible middle to deep threat. Look at the advanced stats on the guy up until last year. When you've got a guy that good then you are going to bend the system to get him his opportunities. Then Todd Haley came in and said "hey, Mr. Receiver who is absurdly good at 3rd and longs and deep balls, I'm gonna need you to run a whole shit ton of slants and crossing patterns. k, thx." How many years does he have left in his very specific, but extremely valuable niche? That is less clear, but he's absolutely worth the cost for now.It looks like they want to go after Mike Wallace as well, I really hope they don't though. I believe he was one of the more overrated WR's in the league and more a product of the system he played in as opposed to being outstanding due to his ability.
Dallas fans man up to how stupid Jerry Jones is, grow a sack and admit your owner is a cheating little fuck stick prick.Stop crying. Giants > Cowboys.
Felt the same way as Wallace, but the fact is he forces other teams to double cover him. That alone will help Hartline, and company. When you dig a little deeper at Wallace's decline in numbers overall, it seems to coincide with Rothlsberger injuries. It will be a steep price though, I'm expecting 12-13 mil per. This is an elite guy, my only concern is will he play once he gets paid.Well, the Dolphins resigned Hartline which is a god damn relief. He was only person that dude anything last season in the receiver spot (even if he did only catch one TD). It looks like they want to go after Mike Wallace as well, I really hope they don't though. I believe he was one of the more overrated WR's in the league and more a product of the system he played in as opposed to being outstanding due to his ability. With the free agents coming up though who knows what they'll do, Jake Long, Reggie Bush, Sean Smith, Chris Clemons, Anthony Fasano, and Nate Garner. Reggie has probably reached his prime and will only decline from where he's at now but god damn was Daniel Thomas a fucking bust. That fuck face has done nothing but get hurt since he joined the league. But I think Garner, Fasano, and Clemons are gone.
