Hmmm going from best DT in draft to a center whose highest compliment was "he played with Konz.". Definitely worth the extra 3rd that won't be on the team in 3 years.

Yeah wtf Boys. They could have waited and probably got him at 74. They could have got Cyprien there. Or a guy on the D line. Crazy.

Pretty psyched about the Dolphins pick. I can't believe the Raiders only got 1 pick for as far as we moved up. Wake, and Jordan going to be putting some serious heat on QB'S.

I can't fucking believe we passed on Elam for a guy we could have got with one of our 2 3rd round picks, the only good news is Jerry Jones has stroke levels of high blood pressure face all night. With any luck he fucking strokes out in his sleep with no one around to save him.

Upon researching who this future below average NFL center is, I find Mayock has him rated as a late third rounder. So for those counting at home, Jerrah parlayed the number 18 pick, with the highest rated DT in the draft still available, into a late 3rd round talent and a 3rd round pick.

To those stupid fucking Cowboys fans that wanted Jerrah to trade back, please use your worthless fucking fists to punch yourself in your fucking dumb faces and follow that up with a cunt punch right in your dumb vaginas because there is no way men could be so dumb about American football.

I'm not mad, I'm full on raging right now.

The Dolphins raped the Raiders hard on that trade. According to the draft pick trade value chart, the Raiders lost like 500pts on that deal

I know the Raiders front office is close with the current Dolphins front office. It makes no sense at all what they did here(Raiders) unless we plan on doing them a solid somewhere later. I would have thought teams would be knocking down there doors for Lane Johnson for a second round pick. Just crazy, but it is the Raiders.

Dion Jordan played 42% of Oregons snaps. Not exactly what I would want to see in a top 5 pick...........

Why the fuck does NFL network have a fashion break down of people going to the draft. What the flying fuck.

Makes perfect sense. Forget the retarded draft pick trade value shit chart. That is just a guideline in a year where there are clearly top tiers of talent, like, last year. The guard the Steelers got last year in DeCastro in the 20s was rated higher than any linemen in this years draft. So the draft started at tier 2 talent at pick 1, the Raiders made a very smart move given how little difference the talent was at pick 3 vs pick 23.

Honestly Im happy with Ried. After looking at Cyprien's combine numbers Im actually pleased the Niners moved up and got Ried instead of him. I love Cyprien, but Ried posted 1st in broad jump and vertical jump, and ran a respectable 40 time. When you watch his highlights his tackling jumps out at you as well as his ability to close on the ball/receiver. I think the Niners will go with a D lineman with their next pick, but they could surprise some people and grab a TE.

LOL at Bills with EJ Manuel. Probably a worse pick than Cowboys.

In regards to the Bears pick, the only way you want a project in the first round is if they are a freak of nature and not a QB. Long sounds imposing but there area bunch of project OL's out there. Guess we'll see....

Fine with me, less miles on him. He needs to bulk up a bit for sure, but this is a guy is capable of covering TE'S, and has covered WR's. Early on probably will see mostly passing downs until he bulks up. Guy is a freak athlete. And you know how it goes any pick your team takes is the right one...

The dude isnt a running back, miles and hits is not the issue. As a dominating edge rusher you should be a 3 down player if you are drafted anywhere in the area code of a top 5 pick.

And if he is (as you allude to) capable of covering TEs and WRs, why wasnt he doing so on 3 downs being an every down defender? Sorry but something doesn't jive there.

Hope the Niners grab Jesse Williams or Ertz next. I would be shocked if they passed on those guys with their next pick tomm morning. I dont think they will have a shot on the Honey Badger since they traded 74 to Cowboys.

Foggy you really think the Cowboys made the worse pick of the 1st round? How many centers have you cycled through the last 2 years? 10?

Yes they made the worst pick of the first round, they had the worst first round of every team.

Just because he might be an upgrade over whoever is currently playing center or guard doesn't mean he was close to a good pick. If you eat dog shit every day for dinner, when offered a choice between filet mignon and moldy bread picking the moldy bread is an upgrade over your current dinner but it is still a stupid fucking choice.

I guess the more I think about it the more I like what the Rams did, Fisher sure doesn't shy away from guys with character issues, but it worked out last year. (so far)

Just hope Tavon Austin lives up to the hype, I fear Sam Badford overthrowing him and getting him killed.
