Man did my picks suck. Knew the Bengals game could go either way, but holy hell did the Colts shit the bed and RG3 went down like a house of cards after Seattle popped him a couple times. And I certainly did not expect the Vikings to look that terrible, though I felt GB would likely win. Anyhow...

I agree with Araysar that Flacco will not do to the Denver D what Manning will do to the Ravens D, especially in Mile High this late in the season. That and their age will be the difference in this game, in my view. Now what the Ravens might accomplish is beating up the Broncos to the point where the Cheatriots have a much easier game (what used to be called the old Tampa Bay hangover back in the day) after they are done steamrolling the Texans.

The NFC games are a total crapshoot. I'd like to believe that GB will beat San Fran, because San Fran's offense is basically the same as what Minnesotta had but with a better QB and worse RB, but McCarthy can brain fart at any time and Harbaugh is a much better coach than him. Speaking totally as a GB fan, I think Packers 28 San Fran 27, but realistically this one could go either way. Seahawks got to beat teh crap out of a wounded running QB behind a sub par defense, but Atlanta are epic playoff choke artists and they have not beaten many strong opponents this year, so I would not even hazard a guess as to what is going to happen in that game, but I do think the game being in a dome hands Seattle a slight edge. Either way, the NFC games should be close affairs, unlike the likely seal clubbings that the AFC games will be.

Didnt you hear? It is Ray Lewis's third to last away game. The Broncos are fucked.
Unless he plans to stab every opposing quarterback that he has to play before kickoff, Stabby is about to play his last game ever this week.

Only way I really see Denver winning is if the refs hand them the game. Which is very possible considering how biased the league and the media towards Manning and against Baltimore. They already made sure we are the only team in the playoffs to get a short week so the fix is already in. I think we will overcome this corruption to secure victory though.

Famm, I love yas and almost like the Ravens as much as the Patriots, but this higher end crack you're hitting for the playoffs is bad for you brother, you may not live to see the end at this rate.

WTF, you like the Patriots?
Meh, it is what the local radio station covers. I'm waiting for theProvidence Steamrollerscome back... I'm probably going to waiting a long time.

Unlike a lot of folk here, I didn't really "grow up" with football (though I did watch the Bears eat the Pats in '85). I only came into it the past several years, so don't have the attachment to a team like most of you have.

Ravens get their shit pushed in by Peypey from what I remember. What is Balt's record... like 1-8 or somethingwhile he was in Indy? They showed it during the Colts game which included his time in Indy during the playoff game.

Historically not good against The Neck. Law of averages time? I'm not going to sit here and pronounce victory but saying they have no chance is pretty foolish.

Yea that is stupid, but it's easy to see why they should be heavy favorites. Playing in Denver doesn't help either.

They had no chance in New England last year.

Oh wait, Lee Evans. That was a correct statement.

Well anyone saying a team has zero chance should be ridiculed and laughed at, especially a team which was in the AFC ccg last year. Hell we ran the gauntlet on the road during the entire SB run in 2005, which included Denver.

As stupid as the notion that the Ravens can win is, I'm glad Edko came out of hiding. That Famm guy can't carry Ray's jockstrap alone.

Did someone mention Ray Lewis? Look at this man's humility and selflessness as he prepares to exit the tunnel one last time. How can some mile up donkeys beat a team of destiny?

Hey the Ravens could win this weekend. I think we all have to admit they had the toughest opponent of Wild Card weekend, and thus the most impressive victory.

There were actually no good teams in the AFC wild card round. And only two in the NFC.
