I dont care as long as Mike Evans comes out and the Steelers draft him. Kid is Vjax 2.0 and has torn Alabamas pooper open two years in a row now and the kid is only a RS sophomore.
I do love when Steelers fans talk next year's draft before week 3. Heart warming.

Meh, cant lie, there is not 1 person on our offense that an NFL defense is scared of. I think we will still win some games when Heath Miller and Bell come back, but you cant deny how bad our luck is with injuries.

Also, Todd Haley is teh suck.

edit: Your Twerps are also going down on Saturday!

The Ben still gives defenders fits, but yeah it's not like he's gonna break out for 150 rushing yards or something. Receiving corps is laughable. Bunch of midgets with mediocre hands. Hopefully that Moye guy shows something, but I'm not expecting much.

In defense of Genj, he was calling for massive rebuilding early last year. My blind homerism had me still believing right up until halftime of week 1 this year.

Famm... I saw that too. I am really hoping that the fan who wrote that is just trolling. But if not.. god damn
Seattle fans are in a tissy about that, seemed like an obvious troll to me. Seahawks fans get so offended any time anyone criticize their crowd noise. I love accusing them of piping in sound, that makes them go full agro.

I'm not sure which is worse, Pittsburgh's receiving corps right now, or New England's. Big Ben and Brady both look like they could go on a murder spree at any moment on the sidelines after another dropped pass on 3rd down.

Speaking of blind homerism, I'm getting pretty fucking sick of Redskins fans. The amount of RG3 apologists out there is just retarded. "Fuck you man, he's a top 5 QB." The guy is awful right now. Definitely in the bottom half of starting QB's. And there isn't really any sign that he'll bounce back. But these mouth breathers keep saying that he's a franchise QB and so amazing. He had a good season, he's not a franchise QB yet.

A recent visit to Extremeskins.com perhaps?

It's not even blind homerism with those guys...it's like they're all Snyder's battered boyfriends who keep coming back to him. I'm as big a fan as anyone but to really make it with this team you have to develop an iron-clad sense of hype management. Obviously I didn't think they'd be quite so shit tier like they are now, but Griffin failing early and the secondary being a turnstile were absolutely possible to me.

I'll never pick this organization to win a Super Bowl until the coach is standing there with the fucking Lombardi in his hands after the game. If you've watched this team for the last 20 years that's really where you have to be.

Redskins fans are just so desperate for a franchise quarterback that they'll champion anyone under center who isn't Rex Grossman. Hell, you could put a Redskins helmet on Chicken Boo and 90% of Skins fans would be proclaiming him the next all star. "He's not a chicken, he's a franchise quarterback!!!"

Pretty sure I told you fellow Skins fans the secondary was going to be terrible. I mentioned specifically that Rambo and Amerson were awful, and they are record setting awful. I expected Wilson to be serviceable (which he has not been, and he will continue to get abused as long as he's a #2 corner instead of a slot corner) but I did not expect Hall to be so awful. He's always been a below average corner that made up for it with some play making, but now he's just getting burned with no upside to counter it. I'm sure part of it is Haslett continuing to be a terrible coordinator, not sure how the corners are supposed to stop a 3rd and 5 when they are playing 15 yards off their man every play.

I hold out hope that RG3 can at least become marginal again but he's on a Weeden/Gabbert level of terrible right now. Assuming he continues to be awful (which is unfortunately what I expect) I hope we can sucker Cleveland into trading us a first for him. Turn the reins over to Cousins and chalk RG3 up to another Shuler level bust. Woe is to be a Redskins fan.

I only brought it up because I was reading about the Richardson to Colts thing. Someone made the retarded trade prospect of, if the Browns offered 2 first rounders for RG3, would you take it? People went apeshit, like trading RG3 is akin to murdering someone.

I'll be honest, there's a part of me that wouldn't mind RG3 getting hurt and having Cousins take over from here on out. Not so much because I think RG3 is incapable or won't recover, but more because he's becoming a fucking Kardashian level attention whore. I went from loving the guy last season to borderline hating him due to overexposure.

I only watched part of the Redskins Week 1 game, but it's that bad? From ORPOY to bust?

At this point I think I'd be ok with just taking a single first, if they offer 2 I'd be all over it. I don't think he's going to recover (maybe just the extreme Skins pessimist in me) but I definitely agree that the man has become a giant attention whore and I think it detracts from the team. His rampant Kardashian syndrome is at least 70% of the reason I'm ready to ship him off, with my expectation of no recovery making up the balance.

I thought I drew it out pretty clearly that it's because of his actions off the field.

But the ORPOY to bust is definitely possible. I mean, the majority of players don't come back after an ACL injury. Yeah, Peterson is a fucking miracle. That's cool for him. But for most other people, it's game over. This is RG3's second knee injury in what, 4 years?

He could come back and be as good or better than he was before, but the deck is stacked against him.

If he starts playing better, I'll gladly cheer for him every week (that's not to say I don't cheer for the team now). But he's got to do something about the media exposure. It's too much.

Edit: I will say this week I did just turn the game off. Fox did the whole "changing to a more competitive game" in the beginning of the 3rd quarter. I have Sunday Ticket, so I switched back to the game. But that honestly lasted about 5 minutes before I said "fuck this." That bullshit they put on the field...I'm not watching that. Competitive and losing is not how they played the first two weeks. That was just terrible coaching, execution, and motivation.

Doesn't take long for a fanbase to turn on you.
It really is his own fault and is more a reflection of the sideshow than the two lopsided losses. His father is even out there making these statements that may or may not contradict what the coaches are asking him to do on the field. Griffin now has a "camp" that is referenced in all of these stories...and whenever you start talking about a fucking athlete's "camp" saying things to the media you know there's extreme stupidity to follow.

Lots and lots of Redskins quarterbacks have achieved a wild card weekend playoff loss. What he has done so far is nothing more than Jason Campbell did with Joe Gibbs a few years ago...they even won a playoff game in 2005.
