Welp.... Jarvis Jones just got demoted below some dude who has been a no show for years because his missed assignments have killed this defense. Still, I don't see why they give a shit about it, let him learn.... this season is done anyways losing to the fucking awful Raiders. The LBs on this team just suck, and JJ doesnt look like he has the explosion to be a big playmaker at this level.
Woodley needs to go, he is the biggest pile of overpaid shit on this team. Tomlin declares we are going to stamp the zone read out of the NFL and on the first play Woodley lets Pryor go for 93 yards because he is a stupid, fat, useless turd now that he got paid. A team built around linebackers has one good one on the team now. Ziggy Hood, Woodley, Clark, Polamalu, Ike Taylor, Gay, Foote....all need to be gone next year. But I think when its time to start over, Lebeau will retire. Letting a rising star like Keenan Lewis go to the Saints while overpaying all these old slow as shit people on that list just shows how bad Tomlin has fucked up this team. That shit didnt happen under Cowher.

I've spent the better part of the last few days trying to quantify my life as a Cowboys fan.
I think the last few years have taught me what it was like when Jeff Fisher spent all those years with the Titans. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, mostly just average. There's talent to be seen but it's not enough. 4 losses this year by less than twenty points total, twice by a single point. Good teams win the close games.

Not really. Media just took off on nonsense like it always does. NFL released the audio of what Dez was saying and it was all positive or strategy discussions.
He lost his shit when the lions scored to win and had to be calmed down. That was about it.

Or we might actually look and see that Smith and Kaepernickhave been effectively the same QB through 8 games,that the Chiefs have gone 8-0 against the second easiest SoS in the NFL(I.e. we don't know how good they actually are yet, as they haven't beaten anyone), andKaepernickcomes at 1/6th the price ofAlex Smith. Not to mention the trade netted the 49ers a 2nd round draft pick, as well as Kaepernick clearly having a much higher potential ceiling seeing as he already has more career 400 yard passing games than Smith and holds the single game rushing record for yards by a QB.

Well I agree with you that Kaep is better salary to production wise, but everyone's first thought should always be "lol QBR" whenever that abomination is brought up.

Pretty sure his whole point was about cherry picking meaningless stats. QBR being one of them.
Andy Dalton is currently ranked fourth in passing yards, fourth in touchdown passes, sixth in yards per attempt and eighth in completion percentage. Ginger Power.
And yet they've scored the 3'rd most points in the league and their average margin of victory over their last 5 is 22+ points. Lol Kaepernick is teh sux. I wish we could have your boy Palmer, who is top 10 in passing attempts. I hear that's the stat that matters for victories.
