Not a fan of Incognito by any stretch, and if he never plays another game in Miami it's really not much of a loss. That being said, Martin sitting on a voice mail for 7 months smells awful fishy to me here.
On Dan Patrick today they had a reporter from a Miami newspaper that heard the whole voicemail and he thinks it's a load of shit. Basically he said Incognito told him "I'm going to kill you and shit down your throat blah blah" and then says "Ok call me back" in a normal tone at the end, like a call you might make a friend you're joking with. But no one is reporting the last part. He's saying it's being blown out of proportion because reading it in text doesn't convey the tone of the message, which seemed non-serious. Everyone else apparently was under the impression they were good friends, and Martin was playing the message in the locker room and joking about it. It sounds like Martin lost it out of nowhere and is trying to put the blame on someone else. Incognito may be a douche, but it sounds like a lot of people are gonna be collateral damage because some dude lost his shit. Nothing I've read sounds like these people were trying to do anything malicious to him.

Is RG3 trying to honor Veteran's Day or something with that awful camo sleeve?

EDIT: Never mind. They just said what's up.

If you, Agenor, were to tell me that same phrase, I'd go 'whatever', and go on my merry way. If a friend of mine said that to me, I'm smash his fucking face for being disrespectful.

Edit because that was vague and horribly written:

It seems obvious that Martin and Incognito were on different pages when it comes to who you consider to be a friend. And I'd still smash my friend's face, but he'd be eligible for rebuttal.

As crude as it is, it's pretty clear Martin doesn't get that sense of humor. Guy must have been living under a rock.
I'll tell you what he is going to get: paid. The NFL is going to have a hard time standing in front of a judge saying "our juvenile locker room culture is more important than your big ass labor law book over there". Telling a co-worker you're going to run a train on his sister? Might have problems there...especially when your employees are also on the record calling him a "half-American Inventor" at the same time. The surprising thing here is that the teams/league apparently thought every player would go along with the hazing until the end of time. Going to be an expensive lesson, I think.

In other news, here is how surprised I am that the Redskins are unable to put someone away in the second half. Elite Christian Ponder comeback in progress. This team will make anyone look good.

Which is fine, and if it did bother him that much, then have at it with the guy. Don't bitch about it months later.

Who knew Minnesota had not one but two elite quarterbacks.
