Ah the five stages of Cowboy fan seasonal grief. October: denial. November: anger. Early December: bargaining (if we can beat Philly and the Redskins and they both lose at least two more games and...). Late December: depression. Rest of year: acceptance.

There's probably some unfounded hopefulness stage in the draft > preseason too.

Not like he's going to get benched or anything, he's having maybe his 2nd best season.

Career ending injury because of the right side of his O-line, definitely possible.

Dallas has got to win some of the games that are tighter. Jerry is all about the show, and I don't think he'll take more than one more year of being average before he'll start looking for a scapegoat.

Romo is the last place you need to look at replacing on that team.

You know that, and I know that, and probably Jerry knows that. I'm just saying the pressure is on to win in Dallas, and Jerry will have to feed the beast. We'll just have to see if it's Romo, or a coach or two. If they win the vast majority of their remaining games is Romo's best hope.

These aren't facts or anything, just something to throw around. Five bucks is on the line, damnit!
