No. They redrafted Trubisky cause he can throw left now. Shits real in the NFC north

Josh Allen went 5-6 in his first year and he went to Wyoming. Hardly a powerhouse. He also seems more raw than Lance does but who knows how that will translate.Idiots in this thread comparing someone who played for North Dakota St to rookies who came in after playing for FBS trams is comical. The best comparison so far has been Big Ben who played his college career at Miani(OH). And he is the exception.
My prediction would already fall apart as Muurloen already pointed about because the Texans may not win a game. I'll still stand by my prediction though just because Jozu is a known moron and it will trigger him all season as we watch Lance flail about trying to learn the NFL game.again, thinking he's going to suck if he plays starting with game 1 and thinking that the 49ers will be literally the worst team in the league are two different things.
I don't know where people are getting this idea that rookies can't start. Joe Burrow did it very successfully last year until he got injured. Mahomes is more the exception than the rule. Cam Newton and RGIII had probably their best seasons as rookies. A lot of the ones that failed had to do with the fact that first round QBs are very often taken by garbage teams.
Lance will be absolute hot garbage. The 9ers would be begging for a Wentz style talent by the bye week.Carson wentz went to the same school as Lance and went 7-9 his first year. What more do you need than that example to believe it's not this guaranteed thing like you think?
I mean rookie QBs have played in season 1 plenty in the past too. Marino and Elway both started more than half of their rookie seasons, Peyton Manning obviously played his whole rookie season, there's lots and lots of other examples. That's what ol' fogies like myself are used to back in the 80's and 90's with a few exceptions. You drafted a QB who sat behind the ol' veteran and you learned. Now? Throw em to the wolves! Sink or swim! There seems to be more failures than success cases with the day one rookie starter no? Least it seems that way. Wonder what the stat would be on that.
Until they pull a typical Bungle move and draft a DL in round 2 expecting to get a starting OL in rd3 only to have every other team jump ahead of them at which point we panic and reach on our OL pick.I would have preferred Sewell, but I'm fine with the Chase pick. A third of Burrow's sacks last year were coverage sacks so this should be a major improvement in that regard. Chase, Boyd, and Higgins is a real good receiving corp.
And thankfully tons of talented OL remain so Bengals should still land a good one in the 2nd.

ask this question in a thread with a real sport, not a childs game, and you'll get a real answer.
Justin Herbert tore it up too. Their record is not a reflection of his play.
He was amazing. But he did not win the starting job however.
he only got in because Tyrod got hurt. - Lynn kept saying Tyrod was the starter when he was back, perhaps that is why Lynn is no longer the head coach.
