I think if he remains healthy for this season the Bills defense is insanely scary. That being said I didn't think he made as much of an impact until the playoffs. I'm not sure if it's a mentality of not wasting it until it matters most or what... But more and more teams will end up paying a few huge key players if they have a good base in place now that they've seen the Rams do it successfully.

Especially since we don't need WR help at all. This is the absolute best our receiving/TE core has been since the days of Rice, Owens, and Stokes. Maybe even since Rice, Taylor, and Jones.

I think the Rams might regret passing on Von.

That said he has had some injury problems the past couple of years and if he can't stay on the field that contract will be a disaster.

We signed Allen Robinson but as of now the team is down 6 starters or so from the Superbowl.

Bills look like a juggernaut.

OBJ might not even be ready to play this year.

Have to think they saw what happened in the Superbowl once OBJ went down and figured we need more insurance.

Oh I agree for sure. Obj is November at BEST. Gotta imagine that Allen Robinson can feast while Kupp is being double and even triple teamed next year.

Matty Ice is way too old and washed up now. The only team he'd be able to take anywhere is one that is stacked to the gills and I can't really think of one that doesn't already have a QB.

They can definitely recoup some of the Watson cost if this is real I'd think. Ryan is only 36. (guess he'll be 37 this year but I think he was still pretty decent with a shit ass team)

Well they didn't exactly dump him since he was a FA. That said I am glad they didn't seem to pursue him, cause Mitchell should fill in just fine. $3M+ for a 30+ RB who is injury prone is not what the 49ers need.

Also, I thought for sure it was going to be the Saints for Watson. The Falcons have some serious work to do on the books to get him there still I think. Of course it can still happen, but man talk about shitting on Ryan on his way out.
