Trap games everywhere or the Elites finally separating themselves from the "Lose in the wildcard round"ers?

As for Rodgers, if he is cut midseason, this strikes me more as Woody / the other owners not wanting to encourage player insurrections than on the field results.

As to why Rodgers would want back, it's not money, as he took a pay cut after being traded to the Jets, he's just another Brady that can't quit. Unfortunately for him, there aren't a lot of "Deep player contender except for QB" candidates like the Bucs that year (and who would take a pay cut to play with Rodgers, as some free agents did with Brady and thd Bucs).

Honestly, Rodgers should be Daniel Jonesing and waiting for a playoff team's QB to get injured next season.

I don't even know what I just witnessed with our special teams today. Special certainly does describe it.

It's cowboys and Indians baby. Throw the records out the window. In my lifetime, I bet the underdog has won way more often than the favorite in these games. Cowboys were a 10 pt dog. My only regret is that we didn't hold you to 9 points. But since we didn't, I'm in favor of that second kickoff return for a TD. Was that the same dude who fucked up the 4th and 9 fake punt last week? He needed some redemption.

Can't make up kicker missing 2 extra points, especially the 2nd after Terry makes the miracle catch and run. That play might end up saving me in fantasy, but good lord to miss that XP after that play is just awful. To say nothing of how we played the rest of the game (defense was pretty good for 3 quarters or so). Edit: Actually, I shouldn't even say that for the D. Zero pressure on Cooper Rush all day, let him chuck it around freely.

Both kickers were having trouble. Does the stadium have wierd wind or something?

Speaking of special teams, the skins got a block by driving the snapper back into the kicker. Is that legal? I could have sworn they passed a rule a few years back saying no one could line up on the snapper. To protect the snapper because they aren't usually normal linemen and are vulnerable while snapping. Yet they had 2 guys driving him backwards. Did they repeal that or did I imagine that rule?

ahh the good old days , remember the helmet on fire in the stands? I think it was tied to the old Dallas stadium closing but don't go by my memory , I've had my head rooted around in.

NFL rules prohibit lining up directly across from the long snapper, or making contact with him while his head is still down immediately following the snap.

Jordan Love is definitely not the 2nd coming of Aaron Rodgers. He should be shredding this 49ers defense, and he just looks very average out there. He had a great run late last year, and outside of that he has looked very OK.

Aubrey had one blocked and hit the upright on the other. Seibert chunked the ground on a FG, then missed 2 XP. One definitely worse than the other.

The snapper rule is on field goals, not punts. Edit: Actually would like some clarification on the FG rule. Seems like there is pre snap and post snap stuff for that.
