Hes never gonna play again. He will go on IR for all of 2025 and then released and they will just take the cap hit to get out of like Denver did with Wilson.

I got tree-fitty that says this happened because he did something inconceivably stupid that nobody with an IQ above 60 would do with a healing achilles.
Probably got a little too vigorous raping his NFL mandated robot masseuses. Something seems to be off with karma where Watson has been richly rewarded for his sins while the Cleveland Browns seem to be the ones getting punished.

I was just gonna say. It's not just a bad signing, but they traded a fuckton to get him! Just overall worst NFL transaction ever.

If this is the end of his playing days, $230M for 19 games played over 3 years.

Its the Browns, so karma working as intended. No one made them toss Baker aside and sign that shitstain. Browns woes are pretty much all self inflicted, going back decades.

Some interesting tidbits coming from Drew Rosenhaus about Tyreek having a broken wrist from before the season started yet not being on the injury report till week 10. Seems like they are setting up for a nasty divorce and gamblers looking for ammunition against the NFL are gonna find some.

Again, with Watson's original Cleveland years (through 2026) fully guaranteed, it's entirely possible he gets dumped to the practice squad in 2026, and if the starters get hurt, its still possible he gets called up as a replacement.

Just saying, while Watson will never be the Browns (or anyone's) starter again, I wouldn't rule him out from appearing in a game or two still.

Here's a reminder of everything Cleveland gave up to get him

"Texans received"

The Texans were 1-5 against teams over .500 this season, they also dropped a game to the Jets and the Titans. 5 of their 10 wins came from beating up their dumpster fire of a division. Those picks were basically flushed down the toilet.

Makes me feel good as one of the ones who thought the trade was retarded as was the payment. Dude had one really good year. That's it and they knew he was going to get a large suspension which would slow his growth when he returned. They were betting that everything would go 100% well with a dude who didn't know how to keep his hands off masseuses while having the money for high quality prostitutes. NFL teams paying retards all this money to still be retards is always going to be funny.
