I'd say that it was better than a lot of the reviews gave it credit for. Not spectacular, but good. However, it suffered the same problem that Spider-Man 3 suffered (well, oneof the problems Spider-Man 3 suffered): it had more villains than it had screen time to flesh out. Rhino's basically just in there as teaser for the Sinister Six, so the fact he's only in the movie for about 10 minutes didn't really bug me, Electro's story arc felt reasonably fine, but Harry's was way too condensed. Maybe if the movie had had an extra 30 minutes or an hour (or had him have a multi-movie story arc before going Goblin) they could've managed, but as it was, it felt way too rushed.
The action was good, but Electro literally generating dubstep during that final fight was a bit much.
And Garfield has the ugliest cry-face I've seen in a movie in some time, and he had too many occasions to pull it out.
Overall, I'd give it somewhere between a 7.5 and an 8.
