Yea. I know it would have been predictable to have Salo or w/e get converted on screen - but he went from a major character with the power to make certain decisions, to flat out dead. Like, I get that his story ended. But its fucking crazy that his whole demeanor was an asshole bitter at the world in one scene, then a handful of minutes later into the next episode and he's a full coherent, enlightened, healed individual that can psionically link with Viktor. Just seems rushed. The same can be said with Jayce. They should have spent less time showing Jayce explore the Hextech plague or w/e it is, and put more detail around his descent into madness.

Its almost like these scenes existed, but they cut them for times sake. Im hoping thats the case, so they can release them later or something.

Pretty sure he's in a Terminator arc here. The arcane bubble him and Ekko and the yordle got sucked in to was time travel and he's been in the future, specifically Viktor's future, and it ain't good. Ekko is a time bender so makes sense he'd figure out what happened while in there and be able to send Jace back somehow.

The quick flashes we get from his visions/hallucinations look like they are the people Viktor has 'cured', and they are basically just hollow metal husks with some kind of corruption growing on/in them. Sure seems likely to me that Viktor makes Skynet or whatever eventually and all of humanity is just his flock or whatever and there's no free will left anywhere.

Jace is also called 'The Defender of Tomorrow' in League lol, so it fits

As far as the Girl Boss shit? I ... I just dont see it. I see different shades of butch women. Anbessa's weakness has been on full display for us, not only when she was fighting an inexperienced Caitlyn (she won, but she got hurt). But her Lieutenant is literally there, guarding her. A red shirt, none the less, but a specific red shirt. A red shirt that Caitlyn, Jinx and Vi are all afraid of getting caught by. Who ONLY dies to another man, Vander'wick. Caitlyn is shown to have a good parry (I guess signifying her net shot in game?) but she's not a hand 2 hand fighter. Jinx literally gets fucking high and her schizo side comes out so she can move quick enough to avoid capture - with Vi herself pointing out that without her traps and tricks - shes fucking useless. Then we have Violet, which we specifically see in both season 1 and season 2, get her ass beat in boxing. She starts off each boxing sequence kicking some dudes ass, but it always "fades to shadows" to show her getting her ass beat, and then we see her washed up somewhere. Without her hextech gloves - she's a fucking useless drunk. Which, funny enough was shown right after she said Jinx was useless and took her gloves off.

Men are overwhelmingly masculine power houses in the show. Women are playing their parts, through quick witted, agile, and dexterous positions.

Vi - I just said she was useless without her gloves. Jinx's little thief stole the power source out of Vi's Gloves. Jinx no longer has any hex tech either, since her piece was also used in the gun for the explosion. Jayce... is fucking cracked out of his mind and he just killed Viktor. Lastly, Ambessa cant seem to replicate anymore hextech.

So how are these characters going to get their sources of power back? I really hope this is a plot point that they expand on and not another "some time passed and they magically have more" moment.
