I'm probably rehashing what's already been discussed, but it really felt like I missed an episode or two towards the end.

I really love the art style and animation, but honestly, I felt no emotional connection to the characters. I did care about Jinx, but I couldn't bring myself to care about anyone else. This is coming from someone who has never played the game or has any knowledge of its lore.

yeah I binge rewatched season 1 and then s2, just finished last night. S1 is a masterpiece, really simple plot anyone can follow.

I have no fucking idea what really happened in s2. What was Vicktor trying to do? Turn everyone into a hive mind or something? It was really confusing and it seems ludicrously stupid that his friend had to point out "oh yeah when nobody fights or does anything the entire world dies". "I see you, Deceiver". What? Who the fuck is that? The whole Ambessa plot line was messy and I have no idea what really happened. Yeah, I get Ambessa tried to fuck over "The Black Rose", her son got murdered because ???, she hid her magics secret (?) daughter and she wanted ?? immortality ?? but it was all so messy.

Season 1 was great if you know fuck all about LoL. Season 2 felt like if you weren't deep into the lore of LoL you are lost. I still don't really know what Arcane is, how its different from magic, why it matters really, what all the multiverse shit was about, what was going on with Vander (REALLY felt like I missed an episode there), what exactly the little girl did with all her blue balls, on and on.

Just a wet fart of a season finale making the entire season 2 feel pretty tropey, all the gay shit was gay and bad, and I'm never going to rewatch the show again.

And 95% of the characters being female really starting to grate on the nerves. Fuck off, show.

I honestly don't even mind that, it's just ... Pointless melodrama. "Oh, we are going to fight! Oh we are going to fuck! Oh, we're at war!" Just decide on something.

Even he was disappointed by Arcane.

Season 2 was definitely off the rails, but I enjoyed ‘join the glorious evolution!’ And Vi flying through a wall.

sir you do not talk about Darius like that. i'm so glad all the stuff they're doing with Arcane revolves around older characters, I haven't played League in many years but every character in this trailer (discounting Mel) are some of the oldest champs in the game.

If Trundle looked like that in game I'd actually play him.

I was so hyped for season 2 of Arcane that I waited for all of them to release before watching.....and then caught wind of how they massacred my boy Warwick. Now I refuse to watch a single second more of it.

Spider girl is Elise. a noxian/Black rose sorceress/cultist. she's possessed by and servant of a spider god. a Black rose sorceress who was offered up to it by Leblanc.
blood man is Vladimir.
shadow lady is probably supposed to be leblanc? new design.

I think the city/ruins Mel is investigating and has a vision of is Shumira. basically gods of egypt.
Nasus, Zira, Sivir, Taliyah, xerath etc.
although, that should have a very noticable giant gold disc.. so maybe not.

I dont know what the dagger is at the end. after my lol time I imagine.
