Steal as in steal forever, no. But you can hijack the boat and destroy it and it is destroyed forever unless the person repairs it. Destroying a big boat can cost the owner around 30g to get back.

That's what I thought. It would be nice if you could though, that would be tangible assets and real penalties to losing in PvP, especially large guild warfare.

Considering server instability, that would be a sure fire way to lose subs. No one wants to spend months saving for a ship, crash, then come back to find a random noob stole their ship. Shadowbane was a lesson in that: If it takes a shitload of time+effort to make something and you can lose it to stuff beyond your control, your playerbase will leave and the game dies.
Forget forum PvP. What this thread needs is the Jury and Jail system from this game.

Dude please just shut the fuck up and move on.
I got bored of the game after a few weeks, PRX had some definite issues in my brief stay there (ones common to any mega-guild when you're not in the core clique / officer group), but you don't see me constantly posting some conspiracy nonsense about how PRX rapes orphans and WAKE UP SHEEPLE I just fucking moved on to some other game and pop in here to keep up to date with it in case I want to dip back in some.

So, PRX is a free entrance zerg guild functioning like a cult where you either thriving in the King's Court or being a dirty peasant, with corrupt leaders taking bribes for ingame benefits. They have 20 big ships yet most of PRX members run around with GHA / quest gear. They also abuse gameplay mechanics by diving instead of being a clay pidgeon staying at water surface, and they abuse rerolled forums to do their infamous propaganda.

Sorry to interrupt what is clearly an earth-shatteringly important epeen contest, but can anyone familiar with yata pens tell me the average yield of yata fur and poop per harvest?
Currently I'm using goose cages to level husbandry/make money, but am wondering if yata pens would have a more lucrative yield. Not paying 33g just to find this out.

Like Cyblsed says, no, not forever. But when you kill someone and take their shit you get 10 minutes to take it for a joy ride, flip it etc, or if you really want to you can destroy it. It's a pretty good mechanic because if you die on the water and someone moves your boat from the coast it can be hard to get back to until it despawns after 10 minutes.

I know you're kidding but I just wanted to note that of the 20 large ships we have, 9 of them are owned by people new to the guild. The process is "Get a bunch of packs together and we'll move them.".
Completely unrelated, but we had our second PRX lottery with a 990g payout and it was won by someone who was in the guild for one day. It's a hell of a signing bonus.
