Yeah 100g x 20 which gives u 2000g, and the dose is 5 grams.

Creatine monohydrate was the original. The first attempt at a spin off was creating ethyl ester, and there's a million now.

Monohydrate is the one with the science behind it.

So find a diff flavor of a diff brand, Designer Whey stinks. 18g of protein per serving. Body Fortress is 30g and its pure Whey Isolate. Bulk protein from certain places are even better and cheaper.
Both those are tons of calories and sodium...anything else you recommend? Snagged the one of the creatine you recommended. Will try and let you know.

Is there a cheaper whey option to ON that is just as effective? Not tasting like dog shit is important. I always get ON because I like the taste but at $50 for 5lb, it's a ripoff

Honestly I don't look at sodium ever because unless you have a medical issue, sodium is a good thing. Just pay attention to price per serving, and most decent proteins are at least 23-24g per serving. Try buying bulk protein from true nutrition, just check the sodium. Order like 1lb of 4-5 diff flavors to see what you like and what you don't. I haven't bought anything other than ON Whey or that in years so I don't know what's popular in stores.

Trust me creatine monohydrate is the way to go, if you are still taking whatever you don't need to load it when you move over to it since you have already been using creatine.

how many servings in the creatine you linked ark, 100gs at 5grams per dose, that would be 20 servings?

hmm ill have to compare that with the concrete stuff since it has no GI issues or water retention does me good for my stomach issues.
48 servings for $28 bucks at bodybuilding.com, or 24 bucks for 400 servings of plain Creatine Monohydrate, or 35 bucks for 400 servings of CreaPure Creatine Monohydrate, which is just some patented version and I didn't realize I used those numbers when I posted about this the first time.

I can't believe people even need convincing on this shit, it's 4$ less for like 9 times the servings, on a product that is proven.

And water retention is what it does, that's the entire point.

I have high blood pressure man. HIGH blood pressure. I am a 42yo 286lb lb black male. Sodium kills me. Plus 750 calories a serving is not what my fat ass is looking for.

Taste is important. I don't want to have to choke down dog shit twice a day man. The Designer taste great. Meaning I WILL take it with workouts. meals etc...

750 calories a serving? Are we looking at the same thing? I'm confused.

I take two of these multi vitamins in the morning. withmyhighbloodpressurepills *ahem*

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Is the fish oil needed with the multi vitamin?
I'd avoid taking two of those pills together or in a single day. Remember it takes fat soluble vitamins longer to get out of your system compared to water soluble. Higher chances of overdosing.

In regards to your question about DHA/EPA and that multivitamin: Yes, you should take a fish oil (salmon oil, or whatever you want) with a multivitamin.

I take multi, fish oil, and glucosamine/condroitin twice a day. The glucosamine is probably worthless as I don't believe there's any evidence that the body actually makes use of it when injested, but it's cheap and if there's even a 1% chance (or placebo), I'll take it. Anyway, is there harm in take a multi twice a day?

I read something a few months ago that chondroitin is what really helps with joint health, and glucosamine is pretty worthless. No idea where that was though, or what I actually read.
