It would be nice if there was one villain that all four shows were fighting against. It would make it more epic.
I seem to vaguely remember Prometheus killing Red Arrow's kid and chopping his arm off, all to make Green Arrow suffer. They have some history.

I completely agree with you there, unfortunately I think we're at the stage where someone was looking for a new villain and really liked the name Prometheus and didn't care how "accurate" their TV version was. I know literally zero about the comic version, but from those pics you posted he's not even an archer? Is he even the same character at all? Or is it just a name someone decided to use?

We'll have to wait and see. In the comics, Prometheus is like Batman in that he'll use any tool or weapon to win. His helmet downloads him strats on the fly and allows him to download people's fighting moves. Apparently, he can clone Batman or Lady Shiva's movesets.
Personally, I'd love to see them fight a big bad that not even Supergirl could handle, like the Anti-Monitor.

the season is shaping up alright,i think the russian flashbacks are the last part of the flashbacks before they sync back up with current times forever. yeah thea is a hottie, i wont mention her lip. but is it ok if i mention "this city"?

Yeah and that entire arc ruined Red and Green Arrow and was ended in the 2nd worst comic book in history.
Prometheus SUUUUUUUUUCKS. His entire deal is some try hard deus ex out the ass garbage. His character is a plot point. Dude is not, nor has ever been, an actual character.

like, clearly a Deathstroke ripoff.. was Deathstroke being used in some other key storyline at the time? Batman and Deathstroke are just as dumb with, "solo the justice league" from time to time. but at least those two have history of being characters, so have emotional weight beyond being single plot device.
