Out of my entire friends lists on PC, PS5, and Xbox - over 600 - 2 are playing it on PS5.
Two.
Look, I changed my mind on Avowed but I will not even waste the bandwidth for free to try out this DEI Samurai game where a accent-affecting Black dude (of all the protagonists available in an expansive and rich Japanese history, why would you George Floyd THIS??) they make sure to include in the story he has to option to bang a they/themmer? <What did you saaaaaayyyyy.gif>
Who did they think this game would be for? How many "don't think, just buy product" consumers do the big top down AAAA studios think are out there to justify these budgets and development cycles?
We see project after project fail because development started when the culture was in a different place, and now stands out as a remnant of a different time. We have thrown off the Woke yoke and these lingering virtue signal projects are stark reminders of what they were forcing on us.
I have liked, played, and really enjoyed a number of these games, including the original, Black Flag, AC: Origins, AC: Odyssey (which I played on my 1080ti and really liked), AC: Valhalla (was an MMO-length single player game; too much of anything gets old, I guess.)
I haven't played anything AC since but this game confirms I probably never will.
