I get it. Your in comic book fanboy character and sticking to it. Personally I'd like to see the Steve reeves version of Superman vs the Adam West version of Batman, now that would be entertainment.

Funnily enough even if you one can allow the idea of batman preparing and beating Superman, I don't think it's in the cards for him to beat Goku. Goku isn't as powerful as superman has been, but he has no real weaknesses and his strength profile is much more consistent and plain.

This is the thing that was facepalm worthy when he was being serious. I don't think anyone in this thread particular likes Superman--he's a retarded character. Some of us can be entertained by stories with him (I didn't like Man of Steel, but whatever)--but I think most of us accept how stupid it is to write stories about a god, and the struggles to deal with nigh omnipotence. For some reason, Lyrical equates that with being a Superman fanboy. But really, we're just reacting the stupidity of how Batman needs to change to be relevant in an absolutely retarded setting.

See I think the important thing is that this is a fiction, and a Superman beating a full prepared Batman (using any number of ways including using his super vision to find him and just flying straight at him anywhere in the galaxy until he's dead) isn't very interesting. It's just a more compelling story to show how the underdog, Batman, is able to figure out a way to beat Superman.

Yeah it's almost like the rules governing the rings are completely subject to the whims of the writers. Laira's father takes her ring from her in Emerald Knights, but she's still able to use it while he's wearing it.

Batman would just have to set a nuke to detonate really fast. Goku would teleport it away and die in the explosion. This would work because it already happened to Goku.
