I saw those. Pretty big let down from her prime leaked photos. She was so freaking hot. Those redheads burn the brightest in their prime, then fall off quickly.

Court documents claim that the former Eminence High School teacher groomed at least 10 boys - some as young as 13-through gifts, manipulation, and disturbing sexual advances.

And now, five more alleged victims have come forward, and her husband Nicholas Fortinberry is also facing charges for allegedly knowing about the abuse and threatening the boys to keep quiet.

One of the most shocking accusations detailed in a police affidavit alleges that Fortinberry took a 13-year-old and two of his friends to a mall before calling their parents to ask if they could spend the night at her home.

Once they were there, she allegedly ordered them to have group sex with her — on the condition that they wore a Scream mask.
"Brittany had one condition for them to have the gangbang with her and that was that they had to wear a Scream mask to f**k her," the affidavit states.

The mask is a reference to the Ghostface disguise worn by the killers in the iconic horror movie series.

The same boy also alleged that Fortinberry masturbated over his school photos and once sent a video of herself performing a sexual act with his boxers, the Daily Mail reports.

So far I'm enjoying FF16 but it's not spectacular. First off they toned down the weeabo anime shit alot. It still has a little Japanese cringe though, maybe something along the lines of RE4 Remake. The tone of the game is more mature. Story feels like a wannabe Game of Thrones with warring kingdoms. The levels are linear but they do look pretty good, lots of scenic views so far. Story is okay. Music is great, and so too are the set pieces when it comes to some of the large Eikon battles. Those are done really well.

Now to the combat. It's okay, certainly looks flashy but there's room for improvement. It is sort of DMC based but certainly not as deep or varied. Also doesn't feel as visceral.

Clive has the ability to absorb powers from Eikons. Each Eikon has 3 special moves and an ultimate. You cycle from one Eikon to another by pressing L2 but annoyingly, for each Eikon there's only TWO slots to equip each's moves. I think this is really weird as the ultimate takes up a slot. So for each Eikon you get either two regular special moves, or one regular plus an ult. If it was up to me, I'd allow players to use all four slots but let each slot share a cooldown across Eikons. That way you have access to all abilities and ultimates but have to choose carefully due to cooldowns. The final issue I have comes down to how bullet spongy enemies are which leaves alot of S, T mashing.

So yeah I'm torn on the combat. For sure the Stellar Blade combat absolutely mogs it in depth, design and how it feels.

I saw two Canada Geese flying over my house the other day. I haven't been so happy to see birds in my life.

Almost all of the snow is gone. I'll be cat-fishing in no time. I may treat myself to a new rod and reel. I may also buy a new compound bow, I haven't owned one in years.

I like Nvidia's hardware, but I was skeptical about ray tracing day 1 because of how much it obviously hit the performance on the 2000 Series cards for what I would consider almost negligible visual payoff. Sure, you get some really wild mods now like the realistic Cyberpunk 2077 videos, but how well those actually run even on the most expensive hardware available is something I couldn't personally say, and there aren't that many games that can even utilize that level of ray tracing.

It's only now that we're starting to see older games get ray tracing implemented where it does look like a visual overhaul for the better, but so they can

I'm with you baked lighting generally being the superior choice when done well. With ray tracing, you're dependent on "real" light sources in the environment, which can easily result in a lot of overly dark areas or a general lack of artistic vision if they're just letting the environment do all of the work.

Non-ray traced lighting is perfectly functional without tanking performance on details nobody is going to notice in real gameplay, but people sure as hell notice when the frame rate isn't high enough while the image is upscaled and smeared to compensate because some twat needed his geometrically accurate light casting and shadows.

I thought FF16 looked really cool, but then I read mixed things about various aspects, but the combat sounded like the most promising since it was done by the DMC guy I think, so I'd like to hear your take.

One of the main issues I read about the latest FF games is that they're kind of shit in the "RPG" department, which hurts their depth (and replayability) versus being a straight up action game, but then they still have all of the items, materials, ect. that you would see in the former. That's the kind of thing Square needs to get sorted, rubbish optimization aside.

Truth, man.

DF kind of gives themselves and the entire gaming industry's stagnation away with how stupidly impractical their analyses became when they're pausing shots just for every normal person to go, "they're the same picture."

It's only going to keep getting increasingly muddied now when they're basing everything off of their own normalized low standards for smeared temporal anti aliasing, and upscaling from some >720p base resolution. By the time you've filtered everything through all of that, what was even the point of having so many more polygons packed with higher resolution textures and extra detailed lighting if it's all just going to be smeared and interpolated in the end?

I was playing a modded Dark Souls 3 the other day, an old game for sure, and was somewhere in the Ringed City looking up at the skyline just in awe of how good it still looked. I'm using my old-ass PC with a 980ti and a regular 1440p monitor - no blurring or smearing or aliasing, just a gorgeous view that wasn't even some intentional set piece.

Most new games just don't look good enough to justify the dramatic jump in requirements that are still not good enough and thus require those aforementioned workarounds that degrades the finished look.

Digital Foundry is just another extension of the IGN conglomerate, so they're nothing but access journalist at the end of the day like the rest of them.

The push for better visuals has definitely gotten the worst with the latest console generation because despite how outdated the PS4 and Xbone were for so long in their lifespans, games were hitting their peaks the entire time. It was much easier to see on the PC equivalents, but the PS5 and Xbox series really drive that home because only now console users are seeing pretty much what they could have gradually gotten over time with progressively improving hardware versus a fixed state for many years. Some developers could really milk the hardware like with some of Sony's exclusives, but even that drives home just how much little headroom was left for what is feasible to render in real time.

However, even the latest console hardware is insufficient to handle ray tracing, stable 60fps, and certainly not 4k resolution, but there is a fixation on the former and latter of the three regardless of how they get there. Yeah, games have "ray tracing," but it kills the performance for hardly any visual gain that barely anyone will notice on a 4k screen, which isn't even playing at 4k because everything has to be upscaled from all of the performance cost on an all-in-one device that can't exceed several hundred dollars.
It definitely feels like video game graphics have plateaued and stagnated enough to where I couldn't care less about the prospect of sequels to current gen games anymore in many cases because the age of getting excited about how much better a newer release might look is simply well behind us by now. This really hit home when I saw people trying to hype Wreckfest 2, I mean I love the original and still consider it a great game for what it is on current gen hardware, but hearing about the sequel just didn't get me excited at all because I feel like I am simply satisfied with what I already got and can't get excited about the prospect of graphics maybe being better. Heck even if the trailer manages to make it look more sophisticated, I know most of that is just trailer camera work and I would probably hardly notice any improvements while actually playing the game. It's just happens too often, they try to get you all hyped on graphics with the latest games only for me to play the games and be underwhelmed struggling to notice where it looks better than games I have already been playing.
