Oh, I see.

I've been running for like 18 years now. Past few years I developed severe inflammation in my left knee and runner's knee in my right (from compensating).

When I say severe inflammation I mean like a 8/10 on the pain scale that would wake me up out of my sleep, and I could not bear weight on it when going downstairs.

I've fortunately corrected both issues. I started developing chronic inflammation and pain in my right elbow last year. Painful enough to interfere with training. I've been able to correct that, too.

Did it through stretching, static holds that force blood to the effected areas without creating significant forces, and diet.

Good luck, brother. There is a way to achieve relief if you keep investigating and adjusting.
As bad as things have gotten, I've always somehow managed to keep things usable - maybe because I'm too stubborn to completely stop working out, just adapting and doing so as smart as I can.

Both of my elbows began acting up early on last year starting with lateral epicondylitis/tennis elbow and tricep tendonitis, and I've been dealing with it ever since.

It took even longer because I had some kind of neuropathic pain accompanying it that took a while to fix before I could even start making progress. My left arm has still been making this creaky sound while lifting that, despite not hurting, is kind of unnerving and less than ideal.

I'm almost wondering if a lot of my problem has been not progressing the load enough because before the initial injury period for my arms, I had already recovered from a strained tricep when my left arm began to show symptoms that no doctor properly diagnosed. However, it actually started to improve on its own as I kept at it with heavy weights.

i think thats what i did. i bought a 3 pack and gave one to my brother. he said it was the best he had too. costco has good meat

I actually got rid of my grill because cooking in a cast iron (while messy and a little smokey) produced some good flavored burgers & steak.

Medium heat, half stick of butter, 5 min per side or until golden crust, drizzle melted butter on top during sear, throw in some garlic at the end and presto (garlic will burn if added too early).
