It was pretty much the exact same thing as last season's Survivor. Cody was Wu and Derrick was Tony. I don't understand how these people develop such extreme loyalties to people they didn't even know a few months ago. You're there to win money, not to make new BFFs.
Yeah that was crazy that he didn't dump Derrick and take the dead weight to the finale. I really think if the roles were reversed, Derrick would have taken Victoria to the end.

Slogging through this season was almost completely made worth it last night when seeing Frankie's weasel face go into self indignant shock when he wasn't even a top three favorite house guest. I still would have loved to see him get the reaction Christine got, but hey I'll take what I can get. Pretty crappy season overall, but a pretty good winner. I just read the show was renewed for two more seasons, and I'll hold out silly hope once more that they actually pull their heads out of their ass when it comes to casting.

Yup, I think Derrick was actually better off with Cody picking him for the finale than Derrick stabbing Cody in the back.
This was a pretty boring season, but I'm very glad to see the most deserving person win. Derrick didn't get nom'd once in a season with 55 fucking nominations. That's pretty crazy for someone who wasconstantlyplaying the game, even if he was playing with mostly idiots. I was also glad to see Donny win Fan Favorite and Frankie not even be in the Top 3 for it. Hah!

The whole point of Victoria lasting to the end for Derrick, was so that he would win outright. He wanted to take Victoria to the final two.

Cody definitely would have won over Victoria. He actually had a pretty strong case and final speeches. Only thing I thought he could have done better was to mention that Derrick wouldn't even be sitting there except by his grace, since he won the final competition. Might not have made a difference, as most of those people had their minds made up before the show.

I'm pretty sure Derrick would've taken Cody since he knew he would win anyway (and his case would have been even stronger if it was his choice and he brought Cody). He also always said he would take him in his confessionals and there's no reason for him to lie there.
It was a pretty boring season, especially the last couple weeks. It was pretty sad when they showed all the clips from the "crazy" summer and there was nothing really crazy at all to show. Whatever happened to the people in the house getting drunk and crazy?
