Yep confirmed, thanks all. Now need to go farm up some more.

Also, something that hasn't happened before. Died and my bloodvials didn't refill? All yesterday they were so not quite 100% on how that mechanic works. Always have 20, died, came back with 1 (was after killing gatling dude and the hunter below him). Time to go farm anyways and buy that new weapon to try out.

If you collect enough blood vials they go into storage (box in the house in Hunters Dream). When you die, your storage automatically refills your vials/bullets with however many you had extra. So when you pick up vials/bullets and there is a green bar next to the item name, its in the storage box

Oh, when it hadn't even shipped yet yesterday I just went and picked it up in store. Can't cancel the online order because it is "being prepared", so I'm just going to take it back using the receipt from yesterday. Really just an inconvenience since I only ordered the standard version, but I feel bad for people that went the CE route from them since you can't just get that in store.

They are giving people estimates of April 1st on preorders, when you can order from their site right now with delivery for Friday.

Amazon still has the CE guide for $24.99. I won't use it (didn't really use the DS2 one), but its hardcover and its going to look nice. And it will probably go out of stock fast now that the game is out. Release date is April 14th

Man there is one corpse in Old Yarn, in the big cathedral place that I just cannot get to and loot. If you go like you're heading to Gatling guy but turn around there's a drop off that gets you to another level up in the scaffolding. You can get a Madman Knowledge and I think another loot spot. If you fall down 1 level it looks like a little jump to a level below you. No matter what I can't hit it though. Tried rolling, Cane jump attack, hugging the wall. Just can't quite reach and can't find any other way back there. My OCD is kicking in and won't let me leave.

edit: oh shit just accidentally set that huge hanging effigy on fire and the stuff beneath it, lol... wonder if there's more to do here

No I googled it said they are sold by "the messenger" in an area past blood starved beast. I just killed that boss and then went back to hub world and stopped playing. Can check it out when I get back home but it'll be a bit couple hours.

Finally made the jump! It was for a Bloody Messenger Head Bandage under Key Items. Guess I'll head back to Dream and see if it opens up something to buy.

I believe it's just a cosmetic item. It makes the little messenger dudes that you buy from in the Hunter's Dream have bloody heads (oddly enough)
