This is crazy. FBI needs to release the suspect photos so we can see if 4chan was right.
Pretty much confirmed not right.

We have the Craft international guys that were looking SUPER suspect. But, having been id'd as Craft int. Very likely means they were there in an official capacity.
We have the blue tracksuit guy+friend and vanishing backpack. Facebook, etc of this guy was tracked down. he says he didnt do it, and the guy in black was his coach.

Leaving only pedophile looking guy, who very doubtful did it.
And that one pic of someone rummaging through their bag for like 10min, near the 8yr old that died. <-- this is about the only one then that is really in question still.

My out of left field theory: the Craft guys were running a 'find the bomb' drill and used a real bomb by mistake (happens all the time with munitions).

Seems extremely unlikely. How many actual IEDs are used in training?

I concede it's easier to pick the wrong box of ammo than to have a fake bomb built and end up with a real one, but the colossally stupid is not out of the realm of the possible!

US media thrives on pain and suffering. Its the only product they have, and the only way to sell it properly is with a hard sell.

A journalist's entire career revolves around profiting from the suffering of others. Journalists cheer in newsrooms nation wide when someone puts a bomb somewhere because it means they will get to go wall to wall for the next 48 hours minimum with stories of the horror, tragedy and pain of it all. They specifically seek out family and close friends of people recently injured or killed, to put their horrified reactions on television, and to put their pictures in their newspapers, to draw in viewers, to make a profit. There's very few people lower on the totem pole than American journalists.

I'd rather be locked in a room full of lawyers for 1000 years than spend 1 minute in a room with a journalist.
Seriously. I watched some boring ass documentary about the NY Times, and I've heard journalists in the past talk about their job like it is some noble pursuit, when all I see are vultures looking to harvest the pain of people already suffering.

I just figured it was a series of shots over the amount of time.
I'm sure you're correct. I was just being sarcastic

What the fuck? I've seen some retarded posts before, but that's ridiculous.
These things do happen.

My brother in law was on this flight where Slovak police forgot to take actual explosives out of some guys luggage after the dogs failed to find them in a test.

cnn_sl said:
The head of Slovakia's border police apologized Wednesday after 90 grams (3 ounces) of plastic explosive was attached to a bag belonging to a Slovakian man flying from Poprad, Slovakia, to Dublin, Ireland, on Saturday.

The "standard sniffer dog training" was carried out amid heightened concerns over air security since a failed attempt to blow up a Detroit-bound airliner on December 25.

But the material went undetected until Slovakian authorities alerted Irish counterparts, causing police and army bomb disposal experts to close off a section of central Dublin where the man lived. The 49 year old was briefly detained before being released, Irish media reported.
I don't think anything like that happened here though. This isn't Slovakia after all.

Where's this picture? I've never seen it.

this one. There was a few photos in the set. and that person was still digging in their bag like 10min later. not guilt of course, but still suspicious.

Markers on that is wrong though, the bomb was closer to the street.
And not the guy with the red marker. below them, the one digging in the bag, near the orange marker.

You also have the sting operations where they sell a wanna-be terrorist fake bomb parts, and then wait for him to try to use them. I bet they find this absolutely hilarious when its a would-be suicide bomber. They should sell the video of his reaction to TMZ or something.

Granted, I don't actually believe this is what happened, I'M JUST ASKING QUESTIONS dun dun dunnnnn.

Fast and Furious wasn't a shining instance of US government competence, and there are any number of other examples. Stupidity rules most bureaucracies, that's why I rarely listen to government conspiracy nuts.

But as you say, even they wouldn't do something this clueless. The Boston bombers are the usual suspects, foreign or domestic.
