This is the super fight of this generation, but with this timing it's hard to get excited about this. Pacquaio hasn't stopped a fight in 5 years, and Floyd is arguably the best defensive boxer of all time. Grimmlokk is correct, this has all the makings of a snoozer. If this was a few years ago it'd be different.


Also a good chance that the fight doesn't happen for one dumb reason or another.

i bet it crashes illegal streaming websites. I did that shit for Canelo and Mayweather and the ones i used struggled bad. Shit was all choppy. THey are going to need to up their bandwidth game. lol

TYhe thing Manny has going for him is he's a southpaw and thats the direction in which floyd runs. Its more then likely going to go 12 rounds, but Manny will get some nice hits in there. Hell if Maidana could hit floyd with a few shots and i even think he hurt floyd a few times (not serious, but he did hurt him) that it could be at least interesting.

I've never been so excited to see a boxing fight in my life. I think the last time there was this kind of excitement for me was Lewis v Tyson, and I remember that being the biggest dud of all time. I only hope Manny wins because I think it'll force Floyd to keep fighting past this current contract that he has.

Yea. I can't wait. I don't think the fight should be down played. Both guys have been fighting some pretty big guys the last few years, it natural to not be knocking people out.

Tuco- manny knocked Algerie down 5x and he was trying to run from him lol. Both guys have enough left in the tank.

Most fights don't live up to expectations but holy fuck! Just enjoy the event and not dig so deep into it.

Is there any stats on raising the ppv price? Seems like it would lower buys but increase viewers

I have friends that used to buy every ppv but as the price raised they decided to go to bars or someones house

Peter Quillin may be the worst duck in recent history.

I wouldn't mind Cotto being the champ if he actually wanted to fight people at Middleweight. Instead, he's going to fight as low as he can at a catchweight. Not to mention, he's such a diva he prevented the fight vs Alvarez.
