And now my Thunder Vortex squad is maxed. Idolegitimately need to finish leveling my Lilly Matah BB (although I could argue that she's only useful for the leader skill), but otherwise I'm really just leveling up garbage at this point. A guardian Aisha and oracle Zellha are next up.

Just from above post I would opt for using your own Grahden as leader, Lilly, Rowgen, Oulu, Ulkina, and maybe a Zelnite friend.

Or... Grahden Leader, Darvenshel Friend, Lilly, Elza, Ulkina, Rowgen would be good also. Would not need lance sphere for Ulkina then. And this team is super strong damage. In fact, unless I am missing something, it looks absolutely amazing. Just make sure you give Elza some bulk.

I can provide the Darvenshel if you need it.

Take advantage of having Grahden to use better friends. Don't use a Grahden friend.

Ok finished up Lance earlier so currently have this set up for Max:

Lily- Legwand - leader
Elza - Legwand/steeple rose
Ulkina - Drevas/stealth robe
Oulu- evil shard
Rowgen- Medulla/havoc axe

Have 1 sphere frog left and only decent spheres sitting around are Dandelga, Batootha, Providence ring and Hallowed Skull. I could swap in Grah but not sure who to drop.

I'd be a bit worried about your Oulu having enough hp for Maxwell. You can give it a shot though and see how you do. I wouldn't expect to get it on your first try anyway.

You don't need to use Lilly as a leader. It is overkill. I still think that second group I posted is absolutely crazy for maxwell. Unless I am missing something in my head.

Oulu should have plenty of health for maxwell. Even Oracle is 6100 base and he is not dark type.

Just grahden friend up and you should be fine with group you posted. But level your own Grahden up if you want it easier.

Considering trying out Exvehl for a couple of runs. It seems like 30% extra HP could help keep the team alive through the other guy's first round. Especially if you have a couple of BBs up and want them to survive. Will probably run:

Exvehl (Lead)
Ronel
Eze
Grybe

Wasn't able to get my Garnan evolved and BB leveled and missed the Thunder Summons for anything else. Oh and to whoever asked about the Anniversary Tickets, they're still in my RS screen. When I go to pull it says I have 4 + Gems. I think it was just 'buying' them that expired Dec 7th or so.

Uda is type 2 so you may want to move him up in your list. Rina is 4 so she can go at the bottom. And Rowgen is 3 so it shouldn't matter.

No idea what an earth shield is

I wonder if it'll be similar to that shield thing that Lico cast in TotG (purple shield thing)? That'd be fucking sweet, if so. Gamebreaking, but sweet.

Reading about Tridon, I really don't understand the direction Gumi is going. We all know there isn't any content for the units we've already got (since unit releases far outpaced content). What Gumi is doinglookslike a pay for content scenario, where they're releasing crazy units that are required for new content. But the content part is missing (in this case I'm not referring to the JP content we're missing, but exclusive content to go with the exclusive units). It's incredibly bizarre.

Had they released Ultor and Tridon with some ridiculous content, it'd likely piss a lot of people off, but in the logical sense it could be justified because it's been seen before. But in this case it's just confusing.

I'd actually like to summon for Tridon, but without anything to use it on I don't see the point. It'd essentially just be as a collectible. Instead I'll just save for the dragon batch and if I ever accidently get one of these units I have Cyclaw and Hydra sitting in my box.

This is where I am at with it as well. Going to hold gems for when one of the soul bound saga is too op to resist. Sitting on 125 gems, two tickets and zero content.

Hoping Rowgen can 1 shot someone on round 1 at least, with Rina lead + Wicked blade 5k atk.

Aman's on most, Lexida on Grybe.

That's disgusting. I'd say that's a good strategy to go with. If it doesn't work, hopefully you can sub in someone else. Or not, as it probably won't matter. You could likely get by just smashing people who can barely put together a thunder team (like last time when people were using F2P units to fill out their squads).

Seems like everyone but me has a Rina. I'm hoping Orna works out for me as lead. I think I'll end up maybe filling 1-2 BB's on turn 1, but the leader skill will fill a few more on the opponent's first turn, and then I can have 4-5 for turn 2. The fact that I sphere frogged Orna will help too, since I can throw a Sol Creator on her.

maxed out all my buildings finally.

What have people been using for items for trials? I'm trying to blow through the quest area as fast as possible so I can start creating some spheres (Amanos or w/e).

I haven't changed out my items in a while since I OTK everything, but I use Cure, Fujin Potion, Fujin Tonic, Revive, and Revive Light.

Cures are basically the only heal item that's worth a shit. I actually read about why that is recently, which is that the recovery stats have become so bloated so all the healing items heal close to the same amount. The Mega Cures probably heal like 500-1k more, but when you can carry 3 times as many Cures, it becomes a bit ridiculous to take something else. 5x Fujin's is almost necessary for oh shit moments, and revives are always nice. I have 10 Crescent Dews left, but I'm saving those forreallyhard content. So far I've only used 2 and that was for Maxwell.

I really need to go through all my items and clean out the garbage feathers and claws and shit that I'll never use. I figure the worst case scenario is I go in with 3 Zelnites and farm them up in an hour if I sell some that I end up needing; plus that gives me something to do.

Spent at least 100 energy today trying to get at least 1 bulb, only pulled out a few miracle bulbs which I don't need anymore.. wtf is this drop rate.
