admittedly jesse's tantrums got fucking old 2 seasons ago, but essentially that is his character. he either bawls like a little bitch over one thing or another or he does something colossally stupid that walt has to invariably rescue him like a damsel in distress. chalk it up to a character who was originally written to be killed off in season 1
Unless there's magnets or train robberies involved.

I am actually annoyed at the mopy Jessie again. I thought after all that shit he would have gotten a little more hardcore and stopped being a constant druggie and a mope.

Did anyone else get the feeling Gus's interest in Jesse was highly sexual? Jesse reminded him of Max and what he saw in him was his own penis?

It was never outright stated in the show, but seemed to be heavily implied. According toVince Gilligan:

Gus is a man who had one Achilles Heel, as far as we know: His burning desire for vengeance against the people who killed Max, who was very important to him. We don't tend to nail things down on Breaking Bad. It's fun to be a little mysterious, and it's nice to have the audience come up with backstories on their own. Having said that, I personally think Max was more than just a friend to Gus. I think they probably were lovers. And therefore it was understandably a very crushing, terrible loss for Gus, one that he would never forget. That one bit of emotion that he allowed himself ultimately proved to be his undoing.

if anything gus was into gale, he wouldn't be into a meth, heroin head like jesse and jesse killing gale... the only real hint in the show was the flashback to gus & max's meeting with don eladio, where hector makes a kissing sound with his mouth while taking his dick out to pee, which I assume in mexican culture is a sign of gaydar going off - hector also said something like "you guys like what you see?"

On the other hand, gus was also a tailored liar, he flat out told walt when he invited him over for dinner that "his kids are very picky about eating so I never make this dish" or something like that, he was much better than walt at manipulating people into thinking he understood what's important to them ("a man provides", etc)

Its both awesome and depressing. The show is going to be over in a few weeks. I dont want walt to go down like a generic cop show villain

I'm suddenly afraid Hank and Jesse are going to get shotgunned dead by what's his face Spanish partner.
