The judge from the above article has beencited by papers as being awful before. He's been officiallycensured for misconduct before for being a draconian fuck wit.(Excerpt below).

In April 2014, Wiley was censured for misconduct after he had LaRue Ford charged with contempt. Ford spent 10 nights in jail-including Christmas-after not paying $5,000 in bond. Her crime? Muttering "fuck this shit" while in the courthouse dealing with a traffic ticket. The courthouse staff that overheard Ford mentioned it to Wiley, who then took matters into his own hands.

Note: She wasn't in his court room, she was in the halls of the court house muttering to herself under her breath. Hence the censure.

A pastor cursed the judge in a prayer, this was his response.

This threat, according to Wiley, was a violation of Pinkney's probation, saying that Pinkney's title of Reverend gave him a "direct line to the Lord" and that a reasonable person would find this to be a serious threat. Wiley sentenced him to 3-10 years in prison because of the threat's supposed severity. Pinkney went to prison in June 2008 and remained there until his sentence was thrown out on appeal.

Holy fuck, this guy is a whack job. (And he has been overturned numerous times because he regularly exceeds sentencing guidelines.) What an asshole.

As a convicted sex offender, the terms of Zach's probation are incredibly strict.
For the next five years, he is forbidden from owning a smart phone or using the Internet.
He is not allowed to talk to anyone under age 17, other than immediate family.
He is banned from going to any establishment that serves alcohol and he has to be home before 8 p.m. every night.
Convicted sex offenders are forbidden from visiting any public park, which eliminated Zach's favorite activity: skateboarding.
He also wasn't allowed to live in his parents' house because it was 800 feet of a public boat ramp, just shy of the 1,000-foot distance minimum.
