Isn't that one of those Mandela effect things? Ed McMahon never had anything to do with Publishers Clearing house.

I never saw Iron Eagle in the theater. I never heard of it until it popped on HBO or Cinemax. That's where everyone saw it. There was a very limited amount of movies in the 80s that had Heavy Metal music in the soundtrack.

Iron Eagle: Queen and Twisted Sister
Creepers: Iron Maiden
Trick or Treat: various bands
Highlander: Queen
The Wraith: Ozzy
Vamp: Motley Crue?
Money Pit: White Lion
Demons:?
Shock em dead: WASP?
Return of the living dead 1& 2: various
River's Edge: various
Heavy Metal: various.

Shit, I think that's the whole decade.
I don't know why anyone would think McMahon did Publishers Clearing House
He did American Family...kind of like the Burger king to McDonalds

Man, reddit hate subs are some fucking crazy shit. I never really came across that until recently.

I used to watch the Angry Video Game Nerd back in the day and just kind of randomly watched a handful of his videos over the holidays. I was curious about where some of his regular cast members went and I ended up on a hate sub dedicated to him of all people. It's full of people endlessly consuming all his content only to say how awful it is in every possible way and how he's a POS and sellout for not having the same energy and enthusiasm as a mid 40s successful dad that he did when he was a single 26 year old trying to prove himself. I'm pretty sure they devote more energy than his average positive fan.

I really cannot fathom what compels these people. For me, when someone's content gets old or stale, I just stop watching, end of story. The hate sub people should probably be gassed.

Probably the worst corner of the internet are the "hate subs" that exist only to shit on other, far more successful people. There are endless anti-Trump hate subs out there, YT channels that seem to exist only to grab out-of-context soundbytes of his and talk about how bad he is for 20 minutes. I'm a big AVGN fan, always have been, probably watched every episode of his show since inception. Yet every time I go on YT and search for AVGN the last few years, I get a bunch of results for hate-channels that are just shitting on his latest video or his production or whatever. There's a whole reddit dedicated to finding out "the truth" about AVGN and stuff like why Mike Matei isn't working with him anymore. And all I can think is "Jesus Christ, get a life" every time I see any of this.

Wait are we talking about the movie with the blonde guy who was the warlock, and the witch hunter from the past? They both travel to the Future which was modern day 1980s or 90s, and have to battle it out?

If so I don't remember any heavy metal being that. I watched it again for the first time around Halloween, and despite it being a bee movie it was surprisingly fun albeit cheesy. All of the witchcraft wholesome stuff was pretty fleshed out, and it was a pretty good fish out of water horror movie.

I'll never understand why people still go to Reddit. It's a fucking cesspool, echo chamber filled to the fucking brim with the worst scumfucks on the Internet. The most vile, disgusting, intolerant, unintelligent, bottom feeding, low brow cunts. The same people that think men can get pregnant, justify murder and genocide, while pissing and moaning about "Cheeto man, bad." The same people that project EVERYTHING they believe in on others. The same people that call everyone racist, fascist, (insert any phobic here) while being EXACTLY what they are. Hypocrites... All of them. I absolutely fucking ABHOR these people.

Never go there except for maybe when a Google search sends me there and even then it's like my 5th choice.

That's the sequel, I was referring to the original where the warlock killed some fat kid that wasn't baptized, and made a potion with his fat that gave him flying and super speed powers.

Such a great movie... The first time though didn't have any heavy metal whatsoever, unless maybe it was playing on a radio and the background in a scene.

I honestly encourage people to go and rewatch it because it's a lot of fun and was from the Glory Days of the '80s and '90s b movies that were pretty good just low budget.

Now I guess I need to find Warlock and watch it. How the fuck did a fantasy movie like that escape my attention?

Same franchise. This is the first thing that popped up on YouTube that wasn't the full paid for movie.

They made...4 of them? Where have you been? Hahaha.

They're that good cheesy fantasy horror. It's been so long since I've seen them the only scene I remember from this franchise is an elevator scene. The warlock steps into an elevator with some random dude and when the door opens back up the elevator is covered in blood, intestine, chunks of body parts.

I'm drawing a blank. That all sounds like Wishmaster.

I think there were only two warlock movies. I believe the second one was called warlock Armageddon and it's not very good but the first one is great.

I know that old movie is much better than this stupid Captain EBT POS what's coming out.

I realize it's also kind of like beastmaster 2 or The beastmaster did something similar and he was thrust through the time portal, and I want to say The beastmaster had to battle Michael ironsides, but maybe I'm confusing that with Highlander 2. All I know is I saw beastmaster 2 adventures in the future in the dollar cinema with my dad.
