Speaking of the 1st 10 minutes, did the part on the boat remind anyone else of the start of Metal Gear Solid 2?

Is it me, or did that 10 minute intro clip get completely removed from the internet? I missed it and every search I do turns up a removed video.

Anybody got a link to one that works?

Just got back from the theater, that movie rocked.

Great action scenes, a lot of unexpected happenings, and some major setup for the upcoming films. Winter Soldier was a badass, Falcon was in the movie a lot more than I expected and was surprisingly not lame, it was a great comic flick all around in my opinion. All the friends I went with loved it.

Oh and some spoilers I accidently read online about the stinger proved to be completely fake, so if you think you were spoiled ahead, you may be fine still.

seriously... When they make a Captain Britain movie, we better see it first.

Just came back from seeing this today...

Wow, these movies just keep getting stronger and stronger (apart from the Iron Man movies).

Great action, tons of nerd-gasm moments and a really enjoyable story, for me at least this was on the same level as Avengers if not better.

can someone tell me if falcon is a black guy who happens to talk to birds and is a counselor (616) or

a smart scientist guy that just happens to have a backpack (is part of shield) (ultimate)

he dual wields smgs (ultimate universe) is about all i've seen.

He has nothing to do with birds as far as this movie went, it seemed to be he's just ex-military who does indeed do counselling with fellow veterans.

It doesn't go into which branch of the military he was in but he used them while active.

I didn't even really see him as counselling, seemed to me he was just part of a PTSD group of veterans and they took turns giving speeches but he was kind of a leader figure among them. Anyway, as was said he has nothing to do with birds at all, he did use prototype "wings" during some rescue missions a few years back and he gets them back in the movie to use in several scenes.

In the 10 minute scene that opens the movie (no longer available it seems) Cap asks Falcon what unit he is with. Falcon says the "58th Para-Rescue, now working down at the VA".

Also... I don't think the air force is in need of love. There is a reason the other branches call it the chair force.

and for some reason its the air force doing the heavy lifting in transformers...So yeah they are probably over represented in these types of movies thus far.

I think it is the Air Force trying to get these movies to advertise for them. The F-22 Raptors were first in Iron Man and Transformers 2. Real ones, not just CGI ones. Pretty sure part of the Air Forces advertising budget is to get stuff into movies these days. Not sure if the rest do that as much anymore.

Just came back from it. It was awesome and surprising.

Wonder what it'll mean for the MCU as a whole, and for the SHIELD TV show.

Oh and...
Seeing Ahmed from Community cracked me up.

Oh, and them mentioning Stephen Strange! Need a Dr Strange movie.
