Bros I am re-writing notes, I have a fool proof Oregorger strategy now and everything. I feel like I'm already 10/10N in my mind, I just need to get my body there as well.
Need some help with suggestions on Garrison. What's worth it, what's not.
My Garrison is level 3.
War Mill - Level 2
Trading Post - Level 2 (I need to get those fucking things that gets me that robot)
Salvage Yard - Level 2
Enchant/Jewel Craft - Level 1 each
I have a medium and large slot left.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like my dad is arriving at my house at 11 EST. Fuck! I tried to delay him until 2 EST but to no avail.
Medium is kind of open but Barn is probably the most profitable (also most tedious and time consuming.) Your Large will need to be a level3 Barracks.

Trading post is essentially useless unless you want to funnel mats into GR. The cost to get the AH bot up is absolutely ridiculous considering you told us the other day that you have 2k gold.
Get salvage yard to level 3 as soon as you can.

Trading Post has the same GR/day as the lumber mill. Just trade in worthless shit you get from your mines/herb/salvage for GR on good days. Then later once you're flush with GR you can use it to buy materials.
Even on bad days you can generally buy the materials at the AH pretty damn cheap since all tradeskill mats are fucking retarded this expansion

I'd go with barracks for the large, once it's level 3 you get 5 extra follower slots. For Medium, you can go barn or tavern. Barn if you need leather/fur or want "easy" blood or feasts, Tavern if you need more followers.
Oh yeah thats right he's a new 100. You need an Inn. Get a few Scavenger followers. They're getting nerfed in 6.1 but they're still essential for getting your garrison up and running. You also will want to get the heroic quests there for Millhouse and Avian Feather specifically. Once you have 2-3 Scavengers and those two quests done you can tear it down for Barn. But the Inn still gives pretty decent gold income via its treasure missions it gives.

Barn and tavern are the most potential profit, but barn is still too much of a pain in the ass imo. I went post and tavern on my priest (most recent alt).
The Ashran module is 70-90k depending on if you are patient and buy the three pieces at their lowest prices or if you just buy the whole thing. The other four modules are around 50k combined, again depending on if you buy the pieces or the combined modules.
I'll be around, and would be interested in healing a normal on my priest (disc, I'm sick of trying to make holy work).

I use the gladiators sanctum for the free honor/gold/conquest points. (essentialy after a good session in ashran you can get enough honor per week with this building to get 2-3 reforge seals)
I'm the only pvp'er here though...

Well I built a barn earlier today but it seems I should of built the Tavern. Oh well.
How do you put followers in buildings? I haven't figured that out or tried it yet.

Table where you upgrade your buildings: when you select a building in that interface there's a slot to put a follower into at the top.

You need to raise the buildings to level 2 to assign followers (at the build table). This is especially important for your two profession buildings, as you're only getting half* the amount of materials out of them at level 1.
*-Assuming L100 followers, so the second part of that is prioritizing leveling Ahm and whoever the JC follower is to 100 asap.
