Well I mean if we're dead set on wed/sat raiding as a guild then I guess the other days can be pvp days. I'm fine with running something thurs/fri.

I'm always up for carrying in 3's or coaching etc each time I'm on.

Feelin the pain on that wed/sat schedule ;-(

I am set to work the 2nd job tues/thurs for the rest of the year basically so I am pretty much unavailable those days. I should be able to put some real time in Friday though.

Wed/Sat are scheduled raids to try and get as many people cleared through content for the week as possible. There is raiding happening every night though with a mix of rerolled folks and pugs. I'm willing to help anyone out anytime. I enjoy raiding regardless of loot chance. I still need a few ilvls for my DPS to be decent on both versions of Imperator but I can be a plus asset on any other kill. And hopefully within a couple weeks here I have a healer at decent enough gear to be an option too.

There seems to be a pretty balanced group of people in this same boat so all it takes is initiative to reach out. 6/7 normal can be done with just 12 or so people in the 630+ range.

The scheduled raids are easy because they're there and should always happen, but there really is guild raiding happening constantly.

So what's the best way to setup a scheduled saturday morning raid? I'm ilvl642 now and properly enchanted so I don't look like a turd.

Yeah I'll be home at 3:30PST and jumping straight into LFR and World boss, will put together some 3's arena matches for my 660 bracer.

Yes. If you want a raid another day put it on the guild calendar and notify people. I will put it in the MOTD and people will show up probably. Those two days are just the days I feel like I can ensure something happens. I am just one man however.

I am 100% able to make Weds and get it done but Saturdays are always going to be up in the air. We need to find someone to commit to running the Saturday normal.

Ok I put a bunch of raids for the next 3 weeks on the calendar. It's not complicated, there is one on Wednesday and there is one on Saturday. They both start at 6 PST and end at 9 PST. Sign up for all, none, some, or whatever.
