I just did the straight boost to 90 without leveling, but from what I remember it was pretty straight forward. It will appear on your character selection screen when you log in and you just punch it.

Yes calendar times are all PST, afaik it is happening I believe Noodle was talking about putting together one early as well.

All I want for xmas is a fucking Imperator kill instead of seeing every raid stop at 6/7.

As for the Saturday night calendar raid, we may want to find a better night for that one if we go three weeks in a row without anyone logging on for it.
