I'm not saying I won't help on it. I enjoy doing the normal runs etc.

I'm just saying that for folks to be upset we didn't spend more than 30 min on that fight is silly.

One thing to keep in mind too...definitely try and learn the Imp fight but don't bang your head against the wall on it. The other group was 6/7 Heroic before killing Imp on Normal. So if the Saturday crew executes those 6 fights well and most of the group gets above 645 ilvl or so you can move on to Heroic pretty quickly. You can even add Heroic Kargath to your Saturday group this week no question. That fight is simple on Heroic just takes execution. The only question after that is if DPS can pull 18.5k+ or so on Butcher or not, but once that group is there you can clear 6/7 Heroic no problem.

It is a casual guild after all. I think some dudes lose sight of that from time to time. Still waiting for these fkers to show some pvp interest. Free 660's fgets.

I'll join this week for sure.. I have been a fker recently.

I am casual now except for the low amount of hours I play. I can't help it. I've always been a hardcore raider in progression guilds and that will always be my playstyle when I play. I have not much time now, but when I do play I expect some work to get what we need.

I still have a PVP hangover from helping a friend with the Grand Marshall grind 10 years ago. Maybe I'll get over that some day.

Some of us learned Imperator week 1 babe, were just in cruise control until the population can kill it because who gives a fuck. I am happy some of you have seen him down to 1% and 7% with mostly RR people in the raid on heroic. Not bad for a forum guild with one raid night when you think about it.

Faydark ran a pug mythic Kargath last night as well, bros we now 1/7 mythic as casual bads.

Er, I don't think the complaint was about the weds night imp, it was about the weekend afternoon "imp or bust" raid where we re-cleared all of normal for some reason and then gave up suddenly on imp right after taking some reps to weed out the mine-popping failure pugs and finally getting a fresh batch that got to the final phase without any fuckups. So we got one clean look at the final phase and then quit. Hell, that was actually the cleanest rep I've even seen, with all the shit pugs I've tried to join to get it done.

Anyway, it was billed as an imp kill group so I was confused as to why we re-cleared the zone at all and then gave up so quickly. Surely we weren't expecting to one-shot it. I haven't hit a mine, I've ran off and deterrenced all the high stack bombs I've gotten, I've done more than adequate dps, I do all the shit right and I can't get a goddamn kill.

I think it had to do with some people needing to go from what I could tell as a couple key dudes logged out right away.

If time was a factor we should have started with Imp, thus the confusion and frustration. There are absolutely zero lockout issues outside of Mythic raids.

Maybe I'm confusing which raid you're talking about but the one I went on that went 6/7 in one shot didn't take that long to get to imp and it was super valuable for those of us (me included) who had never gotten the chance to do norm yet. So getting my feet wet with those fights was pretty important to me.

Even though I got ran over with red shit and died in 1.5 seconds on tectus and got carried.

Also in related rants, fuck people who die to the third cleave on frenzy every fucking time. Healthstones, personals, non fail healers, whatever. Holy shit is it getting old. Everyone is so scarred they'll dip below 20k dps they forget they have to be ALIVE...

The best was when we did Twins and the major instruction was don't get hit by fire and on the first fire phase 5 DPS died instantly.

God I felt like an idiot on the tectus fight. No one was moving on the melee end of things and I feel like someone walked red shit right through the melee group. I'll pay more attention next time.
