Entirely valid. I actually think Georgia is good this year, unlike just about every other year in recent memory. Richt fucked them by not taking a TO in the SEC CCG, otherwise I'd most likely be rooting for them to kick the shit out of ND in the title game instead of Bama.
You shouldn't act like you deserve a cookie for doing the things you're supposed to do, though, like holding a B1G team with a suspect offense below their average PPG.
