If you use XBMC you can installAdd-on Repositorywhich gives you access to add ons not in the standard XBMC directory. XBMC Adult repo has some good adult apps for fantasti.cc and other sites. Also good Spotify and Pandora apps.

Worked for me when I used to cast Twitch.tv to my Chromecast. Of course I wouldn't have noticed a/v sync or similar problems.

I have tried it several times with things like Vimeo and it has always been a complete shit show.
Odd, I've noticed its pretty CPU intensive (hence my post recently doubting we will see cast tab on Android) maybe your CPU doesn't cut it?
Its almost like you read my post yesterday as you even used similar phrasing....

Hopefully the guy who released the addons to make it cast movies gets to work asap again, he had some great ones when it first came out.

Not sure how I missed that post yesterday. Either way Im just happy its opened up.
Looks like some applications are starting to come out, Revision 3's application can cast, AllCast is supposed to be able to but at least for me never seems to find the device.

It just isn't made to do that. I don't think you'll ever see great streaming performance of anything unless it's a specifically written Chromecast app (like Netflix, Hulu, Plex, Youtube, etc) Chromecast just doesn't work well trying to cast random web pages.
But that was also Google's exact intentions for the device. They want people to design Chromecast-specific apps that act almost like traditional TV channels. Chromecast will eventually end up basically having a Youtube channel, Netflix channel, Twitch.tv channel, Hulu channel...maybe some cable companies will get onboard(HBO Go please), etc. It's not really meant to be a means to put your PC directly onto your TV, it's meant to be a standalone device that is controlled via your pc/phone/tablet.
I haven't seen stuttering when I've streamed Twitch.tv (fullscreen) to my Chromecast. This is from an i5-3570k w/ 12gb ram connected to the wifi access point via gigabit so wireless traffic only goes in one direction. (Of course there could be a/v sync issues that aren't really noticeable w/o someone's face but the sounds do seem to match whats happening)

My computer isn't that great, so that may have been the issue. It was my pegging my CPU out at 100%.
In other news, Plex app no longer needs a subscription to stream to chromecast. Set it up the other night and it ran movies perfectly from my room to the living room. With the amount of media I have on my computer in my room this was the best $30 I've spent in a long time.
