Some years Notre Dame will be in the top 10, but it's not at all consistent. When one conference has 7-8 of the top 10 programs every year, then that is the only Conference that will ever matter.

Side note…big 12 going big time by looking at BYU, Houston, Cincinnati and UCF.

As someone who follows track and field? Have fun adding Houston. They are going to dominate sprints in the midlevel 12.
