I just listened to most of. It's useless and boring. That guy Lakez? is one of those crazy official forum people that starts coming up with this pie in the sky crazy ideas and think they're good.

Anyway, it sounded like a bunch of dudes discussing pvp and whats cool about video games. It was way too long. They should of cut that show in half.
I couldn't make it past the 37 minute mark. Rage closed it as soon as the guy said Hardskilled players.

Now I remember why I thought LoTD members were attrocious.

Adding bonuses:
- At 12,000 kickstarter backers, we're going to give EVERY BACKER a unique All-Father statue to display proudly in their Eternal Kingdom! This will let other players know that YOU were here, and supported Crowfall, from the beginning.
- As you know, our next stretch goal (at $1.3 million) is MOUNTS & CARAVANS. As soon as we hit that next stretch goal, we're going to add -- for no additional cost to our new or existing backers -- rare MOUNTS as rewards to the following tiers!
BONUS REWARDS
At the Backer level, you'll get a rare magical QUARTERHORSE summoning figurine!
At the Bronze patron level, you'll ALSO get a rare magical WARHORSE summoning figurine!
At the Silver patron level, you'll ALSO get a rare magical NIGHTMARE summoning figurine!
These figurines allow you to conjure Spirit mounts from the Eternal Kingdoms -- and turn them back into figurines, whenever you choose.
And of course, each pledge level inherits the rewards from the previous levels -- so a Silver backer (and every backer above Silver) will get a Quarterhorse, a Warhorse AND a Nightmare figurine!

Here's a question for you theorycrafting bros: Should total available land in the EK's be capped, or unlimited? Taking different approaches (everyone gets free land vs. fuck you there's nothing left for plebs) could be interesting. If they cap total land, it could strengthen the fealty mechanic since some people might get blocked out of having land in the EK's at all if they don't kneel to an overlord with tons of land.
Hard to know what the land size mechanism should be like without more information about EK.

Personally they should cram as much p2w into the land mechanics as possible and leave p2w out of the campaign. Let p2w whales fly glorious and sparkly pegasus' ($100) into their mile high sky kingdom ($1000) while we plebs spend our time in campaigns.

$1 million dollars! 10,000 backers! Time for Bonus Rewards!
Posted by ArtCraft Entertainment, Inc.

Wow! What a crazy week.
We just crossed two huge thresholds: our first stretch goal, $1 million in pledges (which will will use to hire an FX artist, and to add female centaurs to the game!) and of equal importance -- if not more so -- we've rallied over 10,000 backers to our banner... in a little over one week!
That's unbelievable. Thank you.
So, what's next? It's time for some bonus rewards!
First up, we've decided to start adding BACKER stretch rewards!
I know what you're thinking: that's cool for the game, sure, but how does it benefit ME?!
Great question! So, are you ready to look your gift horse in the mouth? (ha!)

And of course, each pledge level inherits the rewards from the previous levels -- so a Silver backer (and every backer above Silver) will get a Quarterhorse, a Warhorse AND a Nightmare figurine!
This is just the beginning, folks! We have more surprises coming for you between now and March 26th... and remember, every new person you introduce to Crowfall gets us closer to both our 12k backer goal and our Mounts and Caravans stretch goals.
From all of us here at ArtCraft Entertainment:
Thank you for supporting us, thank you for letting us make this game for you -- and please help us spread the word!

I hope I can smelt ore and cook food while I ride around. I'm also assuming the flaming horse provides a warmth bonus.

Apparently they can die. But can also be crafted.

---

- They aren't pay to win.
- Yes, you can use them in Campaign, but they are still subject to import rules (like any other item),
- Yes, you can get other figurine mounts in the game (they can be crafted),
- No, they aren't permanent.

We'll add a mount FAQ soon.

(...must... resist... temptation to say "hold your horses." )

Notes on collectors edition for god-tier supporters:

Sorry, I meant to answer that one, too.

No, the physical collectors edition box is not an additional copy of the game. It is meant to be a commemorative collectors item to go with your digital copy.

If you're really not a PVP oriented player this game really isn't for you. It's strictly a PVP game.
I said I wasn't very PvP oriented, not that I didn't PvP. I'm more into structured PvP with clear objectives, field of battle movement, etc. rather than corpse camping, ffa loot and the like. That's why I left UO during beta after I saw the griefer heaven it was going to be, while I enjoyed the various WoW BGs.
