I know it's early, but is there solid interest here on RR?

Not really my kind of game, but was thinking about pledging at least into Alpha level..and wondered how serious this might turn out to be?

(As far as possible RR guild or team or whatever)

pretty much the entire pvp community is aboard the hype train for this game.

also a handful of pve folks who's last hope has magically just gone full circle to Pantheon, and the slim chance it's actually a real game at some point since soe/daybreak/eqn basically is no longer a thing.

Yeah there's a lot of interest in it right now in this community. I think if you want to see the game get made and have faith that they will make what they've laid out, then you should contribute what you can spare.

As for what the feeling of this and other communities will be like in two years? Who knows. Right now they're selling hopium and there are large gaps in their design that they simply don't know what the end product will be. People are filling those gaps with what they hope will be implemented, and historically when something different happens those people feel betrayed and quit the game when it comes out.

I think as of now, the biggest question going forward is how will this game keep players still playing after a couple of campaign resets. Especially if some of those players are always finding themselves on the wrong (losing) side.

Duh - that's when we wait for The Next Patch that will 100% Fix All The Things.

I heard their next stretch goal is already going to be a new race - Fuzzy Trolls.
