Good shit, probably the best Destiny story and play to date. This is what the base game should have been. Loved the 8 mini boss thing.
Im not liking the costs for upgrading armor/infusing either. That shit is gonna get old real fast, especially for those that like different load outs, like to save sets. I had to take an hour to drive around titan last night collecting fucking mats to upgrade some shit. This gives me D1 vanilla flashbacks of collecting planetary mats. /shiver I dont know why thy would make this mistake again like in D1? So many people complained about this shit back then.
The drop rate for purples got decreased probably like 95% from yr1 so far im seeing. I think I got one purple engram so far and a few purple drops/rewards from doing spider bounties. Wore blues for the entire 30-50, which wasnt bad, but how are we to get all those masterwork cores we need? Since we need them now to upgrade some items? It seems like they made this change with the old drop rates. hope im wrong, its still early.
Love the new area and love the new enemies though. Plenty to see and plenty to do now it seems.
For the new weapons I got some vanguard shit, but for the new, I got a 450 pulse, Right Side of Wrong which is awesome, it has a distinct sound that is so cool, sounds like a fucking A10 warthog, lol. Also got some 150 scout which is cool, but too slow firing for my liking. I also got some sidearms and shit but never use them. Got a better devils with outlaw and kill clip that ive been using, fucking thing is nice. Still hoping for an AR to drop for me, I like to have one of those when I just want to chill and not pay attention that close.
The bow thing to me just feels off in Destiny. Dont like them at all. Dont like how they feel dont like how they shoot and not to happy they even added them to this universe. But maybe they will grow on me.
