Looks... like Destiny 1.5. That's not necessarily bad. I mean obviously it just showed us some gameplay. That first mission was 100% every first Halo mission, which is pretty cool. Better they're going back to their roots. I really hope they retune the loot system for some more RNG goodness. I really want to get that pistol with the heavy damage and that miracle scope/perk mixup that makes it God Tier. It looks like there's not much class customization apart from the original stuff, which is kind of sad but I understand it since this game is actually more PVP heavy than PVE in my opinion. Can't have people in a shooter have a billion different perks and not have some balance problems (don't mention COD, THANKS).

How exactly can wow gold benefit Destiny 2 anyways? That aside 4v4 only PVP makes me even less interested in the PVP scene in Destiny now. Them removing a sub class to replace it instead of just adding another is also disheartening. Id rather they kept what they had and retooled it or give us 3 all "new" subclasses and a new class all together.

It looks good. It's obvious that releasing the first one on the xbox 360 and Ps3 gimped them on what they could do. Making it a sequel was a way to cut loose from that even though it might not be considered a true sequel.

About a possible PC release delay.

People from WoW are selling their tokens for wallet cash (Blizzard account) and they will be able to use said funds to buy Destiny 2 since it is being sold in the same service.

so yeah looks like pretty much confirmed destiny 2 won't launch on pc at the same time as xbox one and ps4. bummer, but makes it so much easier to start with the ps4 version now. best part of the game is going in totally blind into new zones, strikes, and raids and that'd be lost waiting 3-12 weeks for PC port.

the other bummer is that the scorpio launch isn't going to be till at least october, probably nov. So even if you were gonna buy it on xbox to play on scorpio, thats even later than the PC port

also whatever not worried about a PC delay if it's done properly. GTA V didn't come out for a full year and a half on PC and it's clearly the superior platform in every way possible for that specific game. But Destiny 2 won't have modding either so I mean I guess it's a stupid connection to make

Sucks about the delay. And as Onoes says might effect PC population.

Glad I sold all my gold off in WoW when I stopped before 7.2, Think I had like $195 or something in credit and I was pretty poor compared to most(tokens were only 40-50k iirc).

Gameplay looked good, but pretty light on actual details like the leveling system and loot reward system. I enjoyed the hell out of Destiny 1 so I definitely will be getting this title.

Yeah I had a blast with D1 for quite awhile. Doing the raids with all of the forum bros was pretty fun. Definitely going to get it unless later details are really bad if for nothing else just to shoot the shit on some strikes and raids

Destiny on PS4 and Xbox use PSN and Live respectively for friends-list and other party stuff, right?

If they use battle.net that stops them from having to make a standalone party/friends interface just for PC.

One thing to note. You, on pc, won't be able to play with anyone outside your region using bnet. You have to select the region before launching the game. And it locks you in.
