That pvp mode is so casual friendly, you can stack the win buffs according to them.

It will be popular for like a month, then everyone will have all the gear, and no one will bother because there is no leader board, no ranking system.
What it really does is promote trolling imo.


The PVE mode we don't know anything about yet. I know it's not going to be this, but what it needs to be is revolving weekly maps that are randomly generated with a theme, and a leaderboard system that people can see in the tower. And make the Zombie mode progressively get tougher, and never end just like COD.

People love that shit, it's obviously one of the most popular game types. I know Destiny is going to do something super casual tho because all the whiners, and complainers that want everyone to be exactly the same from the 80 hour neckbeard to the 8 hour casual gamer.

We just do not live in a video game world anymore where there is any competition outside of Esports. Everything just get's simpler, and simpler, and you can blame the cry babys.

Your whole point is you are against chopped up content in a DLC in a world filled with DLC. Just stop gaming, they are never going to change.

Lets just look at this past week shall we. Nintendo goes on record saying that they think the DLC world is a complete rip off, then one of their console exclusive games that same week says there is about 50 bucks worth of DLC on day one. Yeah Nintendo really disapproves.

Or how about Microsoft studios yesterday, actually having the gall to charge people 20 bucks for a skin for Killer Instinct , and then says well all this money will go to pot bonuses at EVO. So we have to pay to give them more advertising at the biggest fighting game tournament of the year.

All, and all It's fucking cheap entertainment anyway. I'll spend more on one Friday night then a whole year of one DLC game. And Destiny is giving a lot back. Almost all Crota will be free to vanilla players, and you can advance your character to the highest levels in the new DLC.

So for 59 dollars ( way less now since it's always on sale) you are only locked out of one raid, 3 dlc pvp maps, and their new pve/pvp mode. You can still get all the new vendor gear in the tower with all the new reroll/ ascension options etc.


I'm not even phased by their DLC plans. I am only miffed that the game isn't hard for people that are competent at games. I would pay a monthly fee, or triple the amount DLC costs for some super hard content. But since we have the Utnayan's of the world bitching about every little thing( It's too hard, Its too easy, cry cry cry) we will never have nice things.

Dude if you cannot fucking tell the difference between this game and shutting out bits and pieces of content to sell as DLC and the night and day difference it is with anything else out there, you are about as clueless as they fucking come. First thing that is conjecture , none of that has been proven. The stance of Bungie is still that both DLC are brand new, and were made off of incomplete assests from the orginal game. They did not have these two DLCs completely done at launch. That is there " official" stance on this.

Every fucking game now a days has content on the fucking day 1 disc that is only able to be unlocked by paid DLC. Are you completely retarded?

I hate dlc mentality just as much as the next guy, but the argument that they are double charging for content on the disk is inflated. Does it happen? Yes. But that's not new. Look back at Kotor 2. It had like 30% extra stuff on the disk.

Extra content ends up on the disk when people don't make the deadline.

That is absolutely not what they need in this game. They have plenty of content between the base game and the 2 dlcs. Way more then Diablo 3 had at launch, way more the most FPS's have at launch. What they need to do is take the content they already have ,and Diablo 2015 it.

You make hardcore, and nightmare modes. You do ranking systems (PVP/PVE), leaderboards, you do seasons that reset every 2 months etc. You do reward systems that are cosmetic for the people that are at the top that don't effect anyone else's enjoyment that aren't able to put in as many hours as you.

Like I said according to Bungie, you are a lier, and have no proof to back that statement up. They claim that the DLCs are using assets from that were incomplete at launch.

Day 1 DLC skins and an extra mission is much different than nuking half the game and segmenting it off into 2 DLC's and another Launch title at full price.

More Conjecture, there was no half of a game to nuke. The stuff that is on the disc is incomplete. I'm wondering if you even play this game. The first DLC is a couple missions, an extra strike, like 3 pvp boards, and very small Crota raid. Thats half a game? LULZ

DLC2 is just a horde mode with one strike and 3 pvp boards.

There is absolutelly no diffrence to what everyone else is doing. Fucking Japanese have a whole industry right now on Day 1 DLCs with the same shit.

Have you ever played a Bungie game before? how could you not know this was a going to be a first person shooter with very little story. The Halo's are ridiculously small. Halo 3 might as well not even had a story mode.

Bungie years ago claimed that Destiny was going to be this huge spanning open world, and all this other shit. Same as every lieing dev selling there game early.

Bungie fucked that shit up, they were trying to make a game that could never be made on last gen with very limited memory, and drive space yet you believe they could have done it. They barely were able to complete the current Destiny, but it's a great fucking port.
Games cut content all the time from conception to completion.
