Are you kidding me, did you read the dudes comment above me, and I was more referring to all the crying on the destiny reddit. Who cares what this place thinks, if it's not a PC game no one gives a fuck to begin with.

The complaining I see is about having premade-only content in a game with literally no in-game communication until after you've already formed a group. Separating PS3 and PS4 in PVE is even more irritating than it was before this news too.

Make some friends then... Your Friends list doesn't have more then 10 people on it in 2014?

Here's a tip, 2 million people will be streaming this on Twitch when it launches, go into there chat room and ask for an invite if you don't socialize at all.

Also we don't know the full extent of what they plan for matchmaking, or getting groups together.So lets cry more when that become reality please, not before.

I wish I got one, I would tell them to get rid of plume when you are jumping. The higher skill cap the pvp is the better it is for everyone.

It isn't about finding friends. I've got 70 on my list right now. It's about finding people to play the same missions I want to play at the same erratic playtimes as I do.

So when I log on to play for an hour or two here is what I have to deal with.
1. How many of my friends are on at time X?
2. How many of those want to do mission Y?
3. If there aren't enough to fill a fireteam then how do I find people who want to do 1 & 2 to fill my fireteam?
4. How easy is it to do #3? (Translates directly into how much of my limited time is wasted LFG and we all know waiting around LFG sucks fucking ass in EVERY GAME)

If I play with randoms I'll never be as good as the core group of friends who play nightly together for the past 5 years. But I know that and am perfectly fine with it so long as I can still try. I suspect people will end up making some kind of online tools to submit what you are playing and what you are looking to do along with your PSN then anyone who matches is sent the PSN of everyone else who matches then you all go and find each other on PSN and group. Still a major fucking pain in the ass but if they really don't put in some kind of tool then this will be it.

I like the idea of raids being hard and not for everyone. I see no reason why they shouldn't give the option for matchmaking though. Implement an item level check to at least make sure the player has good enough gear to do the raid. People pug raids all the time for hours in other games.

I'd be shocked if they didn't add in matchmaking for raids. It makes zero sense not to have it there as a backup. What's the harm in doing PUGs as opposed to being locked out of the content?

Motes of Light are currency for the stuff The Speaker sells, pretty sure they're completely unrelated to the Light stat.

And yeah, levels 21 to whatever are just Gear Score.

It's similar to the borderlands 2' over limit leveling system. Basically your gear is what increases your level.

That pulse rilfe Red Death had very little recoil. Maybe they will be worth using at the end game.

So getting a new headset for this game, has anyone used the new turtle beach ear force p12? Haven't been able to find anything about the p12 since it just released, and have read some bad reviews on the Gold Wireless PS headset with the mic quality so don't really trust it given that it's a hidden mic as well.

pfft, not even close to my price range.. Have good surround sound speakers already, but headsets have the advantage of less disturbance in late night gaming so just looking for something simple in the $50-100 range.
