wtf, it's Deb ... don't you all notice how her mouth is getting worse and worse as she talks and her face is looking more and more retarded, like she has some major issues going on?? She is trying to find the part of the brain that fixes that and uses all of these as experiments, when it does not work, she gives them to Vogel who will then be framed by Deb as the brain surgeon.

Too me it looked clear that Vogel is the brain surgeon and she is just manipulating Dexter for her own amusement or research for a next book. No doubt it will be revealed that she is the one that killed Harry.... probably because he found out she was some psycho bitch. As for Quinn, I think they're setting him up to be the person that kills Dexter. He planted that kids blood evidence on Cassie and now knows something is completely fucked up with Dexter hiding the results of the DNA testing. I see some epic showdown involving Quinn, Dexter, Deb and Harrison with Quinn offing Dexter and Deb killing Quinn. Flash forward 15 years and Harrison is having flashbacks to his father in a pool of blood and Deb will be teaching him some kind of code.

The brain surgeon is Sylar. The big reveal is that Dexter exists in the Heroes universe, which explains how he is able to get away with so many mistakes.

I'm staring to think that Deb is not real, see Dexter has multiple personalities and has been both Deb and Dexter this whole time (ya know, fight club style).
When Deb caught him a while back... well there was a mirror in the room in which he talked to his alternate personality for the first time... it's been slowly unraveling since then.

I thought it was supposed to be clear from the end of the episode that Vogel was the brain surgeon. At least, it seemed clear to me and it also seemed to me that Dexter suspected her as well. Then again, that could just be my preconceived idea about her being the big bad for this season.

Also,

At the end of the preview I swear they show Dexter in his kill clothes catching Vogel as she falls down after being stuck by his syringe.

Even though they are obviously not going to show Hannah nude, seeing her legs wrapped around Dexter as they rolled around in bed made it worth it to watch the season imo.

Also Dexter's neighbor gets murdered and then someone sneaks a dead body missing half its head past the murder scene into Dexter's apartment. All while the cops are looking for Hannah who they know could be coming for Dexter....
