I'm scared to ask what you paid for the ef. But with that setup 14% ias will get you to 7.5/8.57 breakpoints and 33% will get you to 8.57/10.I got a 1200+ DPS EF with +167 Str + 3% LS with a +.25 to attack. I then got an axe that was 850ish DPS with a socket + 3% LS and + 9% IAS with + 100 Str and + 134 Vit. I think I did ok with the weapons for a start.
Awesome, the other good news is you can also use that ef as a decent offhand. Get your second slot of ias a 8% this will let you put a mace with a 600-1200 damage range in your mh, if you decide to go that route, and hit the 7.5/7.5 breakpoint.7 Mil, so not too bad. I also have Lacunas with 9% IAS. Will look at one other item that adds IAS.

thats a long fucking read....I'm concerned that if you don't know that, whatever money you spent on ww weapons is going to end up wasted. There is a lot of under the hood calcs that go into optimizing your ww barb. I know I was doing it wrong for a pretty long time. I recommend the following thread as a good source of info on ww barb mechanics.
