Right, but his point is not to guarantee Kadala will pop some pox fauld for you. His whole shtick is for you to farm for hours until you get pox fauld to drop, thus confirming that yes, they are indeed part of your loot table for this game. You could thenmay begamble them from kadala HOWEVER, kadala items are not limited to the level of the game, so she could still shower you other level 70 pants that are on your loot table but were restricted from dropping the world by the level of the game.
Hm so if I run a rift and lets say I get 3 legendaries. Some pants, some gloves and some bracers. Logically I should gamble on one of those three slots since I know, at the minimum, I'll just get dupes of the item that already dropped?

That was the basic jist of it that I got.

Wait so the loot table drops is determined on what class creates the game? So Vorph A DH creates a T4 game invites players to kill the Guardian. My chances of getting a shield or 2 hander as a crusader is out the door cause of his class? But if it's true I can bring my DH, ask him what legs dropped kill boss to see if it drops. If not try my luck with Kahala?
Well from mobs/chest you still have the off-chance of getting off class loot. Kadala is different though, legendaries you gamble from her will 100% be useable by that class. I got a blade of prophecy while playing my dh, I never in infinite shards could gamble a blade of prophecy from kadala while on my dh.

Correct. Incidentally, the only way to prove this theory would be to stash 100000 rift keys and bot for days in the same game. Observe the resulting drops. If you get repeats of the same items it would tend to prove the theory, while not proving it categorically either.

Yes. At the very least, I think people should take note of what legendary drops they get per game. Over a long enough sampling, this should be verifiable or debunked. You would need to get 6 different legendaries in one slot in one game, though. Sounds like a job for Krassus.

Repeat legendaries from drops to gambling would partially support the theory. Or just mean RNG hates you.

No, the way I read into it is that everyone has their own loot table and that is determined when entering the game. You can have MLW(8), Glass of Life(31) and Mara(60) on your specific game loot table and that is all it will drop. If you are trying for Ouroboros for instance, you can play in the same game for many hours but it will never drop because it is not on your table.

The theory for having a low level (level 11) make the game is that if you were trying to get a MLW then have him open a T6 Rift and then get your high level to join the game and clear it out fast (since it is a lvl11 T6 rift, everything will be one shot). This is a easy way of massing lots of bloodshards and pray that you have a MLW on your loot table since it is the only one that can drop based on previous example.

IF you get it to drop then it would be level 11 and useless to the lvl70. At this point, get your ass to Kadala since you determined that you have MLW on your loot table and gamble amulets. Since Kadala rewards are based on character level and not game level, the items you get are lvl70 and not 11. But now you have to compete with all those amulets that I've mentioned before that are on your loot table but didn't drop whilst in the rift because of level restriction.

I think that's how it works...

I did the blood shard shit in a L1 toon game on T6 - just run around for 4mins for 50ish shards and max out at 500 in 20 or so - i thought that was common for people only wanting Kadala - The X loot table per toon per game makes some sense - While i was botting in A5 i had about 6 litany's of the undaunted drop in a couple days, infact out of 12 rings they were more or less repeats of lame green ring trash.

Again however, the 5 legendary per slot per game is an assumption. nowhere was it confirmed to be true or even why it was brought up.

Seriously, though, if this is true, fuck farming for stuff that can't be gambled. Or even items that are 60+ and can be gambled. Not going to waste my time farming something if some hidden switch somewhere has arbitrarily decided that item cannot drop for me. Especially since rifts encourage staying in one game.

Yes that exploit in Act V would ahve been perfect to run over the course of several days with multiple characters and watch the resulting loot dropped. Now litany is very common for me too across all games, so that really doesn't prove anything.

But wait doesn't this method completely fall on it's face when I, as a level 1 character, make a game then level up to 60. I get legendary drops. At level 1 the game has no legendaries on the table. I then level up and get higher level stuff. I mean it could re-roll the table each level up I guess.

I never left my game last night and did 20ish rifts to mainly gamble for Ice Climbers but got Lut Socks and a pair of FW's.

The math is too real

Game level is a restriction on drops, I think, not loot table. I think character level is a restriction on the loot table. That's what I was getting at about creating a game with a level 34 character and leveling to 70.

One game I was in I got a leg belt drop. Forgot what it was but I turned it into a soul due to the crap stats. I had 11 shards left so I gambled on 2 belts. Amazingly I got a string of ears and a thundergod from Kadala. Shocked me but it could of been good rng.

This belongs in the previous tin foil hat conversation about kadala RNG we had last week!
