Yeah, I mean lets be honest, a lot of muted players deserve it. I have ran into some pretty fucking shady people. The worse kind are the ones who immediately call "team noob" because they died in lane. They are the ones that usually feed, and sometimes when its really bad, they will rage and purpose feed as well as sentrying in the spawn.
But on the other hand, mutes are given out for fucking garbage reasons. Whether its playing well, or playing bad, or using a new hero unsuccessfully, there are just too many variables. They need to just increase the amount of times you have to get reported before getting a ban. Maybe increase it by 75% or something. A player would really have to be a fucking dick to get a mute. Either that or a soft 4 hour ban and warning. Something.

He is crazy in late game, because he is basically bounty hunter on crack, if a support shows their face anywhere your team has vision and doesn't run around with the rest of the team (and getting 0 farm then) then you just go CHOO CHOO MOTHERFUCKER on him.

I'm loving this Spectre comeback. Did they buff her last patch or did they buff her normal team comps? She has a crazy win rate after a certain amount of time.

The only buff afaik is illusions staying when you haunt in but she has always been one of the best scaling carries in the game, if not the best

Early radiance is fine if it's quick, especially if it's a naked radiance you want it at 20 at most imo, but 25 should be fine in lower tiers. If you don't get the best laning possible I'd just go for a more midgame spectre build. Phase, drums, diffusal, yasha, maybe orb of venom. You can kill people really hard with that sort of build very early especially if you catch them solo. You then convert into lategame with heart/manta/butterfly.
If you want midgame power too, max Desolate first, or second after dagger but I'm not a big fan of dagger max it scales fairly shitty, one point is good enough for the terrain walking anyway.

This..I'd even say if you cant get your radiance by 16 min, go for diffusal instead into a yasha/manta.

Low brackets support like shit, don't have the right lanes, don't have people stacking, most of the time don't have couriers or wards and quite often will have retardation like 4people sitting in the same lane forever. You will sometimes not be able to get the farm even if your last hitting is perfect, doesn't matter how much of a super hero you are you can sometimes not farm a radiance quickly just because. However since everyone also farms like shit, as long as you get it before they get a major item, you're still on the right track. I think 25mins is a bad time for a radiance, but it'll work out at low brackets most of the time. Obviously you want it faster, much faster especially if naked(well brown boots and maybe a stick/wand) and you should aim at getting a fuckton faster, but if you try to farm a 16mins radiance when you have 5 carries, no courier and some guy autoattacking in your lane, you're generally going to be quite disapointed, and I'm not even talking about actually belonging to that bracket instead of playing a smurf account in that bracket.

No genuine low tier player has ever farmed a 16 minute radiance. You'll see freefarm carries with treads and a RoH in 20 minutes in those games.
25 minutes is just fine in the low tiers.
