The funny thing is not that this word is given so much more power and gravitas than other racial epithets. It's that despite this word being so massively outrageously bad and evil and wrong, they can't be assed to edit the offending posts when someone gets infracted for it. Obviously it's 'dead babies' level of wrong because I never get to see those, but the punishment seems to be the same.

By the way, in case anyone is keeping score, my RRP cherry has officially been popped. Not counting that one aborted infraction by noodle, this is my first time to earn a vacation in amongst the reprobates. In fact, I think it's my first time to be punished on any message board.

I understand why they decided to come down on it. It really was getting stupidly overused by the Edgelords there for a while. However a zero tolerance policy is always idiotic. There really should be some leeway for context/User.

Or if Dreagan wasn't such a lazy shit he could have added American Inventor to a board wide word filter and there never would have been a need to Rickshaw anyone for it.

eq2flames had the most comprehensive n-word filter anywhere on the internet ... according to the site owner. It was so bad there, you couldn't even talk about that politician named coon. He also didn't allow derivatives like negro, kneegrow, etc. If he was still running the site, nagger would probably be on his list too. It was ridiculous, but at least it was automagically filtered and you only got punished for trying to circumvent the filter. If I had access to that filter, I'd offer it to draegan.
